So today we are in Washington D.C. and are touring a few luxury apartments with a $4,000 budget. All apartments shown are 2 beds and 2 baths with 1,000 - 1,300 square feet. @@ChrisAlia I work there I walk by those buildings everyday. There are better places in DC than the navy yard for a lot cheaper with parking
