1. Tensile strength: Ranges from 700 to 1400 MPa depending on the quality of manufacturing.
2. Compressive strength: Typically 60-70% of the tensile strength due to fiber micro-buckling.
3. Failure strain: Falls between 1.5% to 2.5%.
4. Unit weight: Between 1500 to 2200 kg/m³.
5. Thermal expansion: GFRP has a higher thermal expansion coefficient compared to concrete.
6. Heat resistance: GFRP maintains its strength up to the glass transition temperature (GTT) and is unaffected by low temperatures.
7. Life span: Generally lasts 50 to 100 years due to its resistance to corrosion.
Important considerations:
Low modulus of GFRP: Because of its lower stiffness, a GFRP rebar cannot directly replace a steel rebar of the same diameter.
Chemical degradation: GFRP rebars can degrade under certain environmental exposures, such as UV radiation and alkaline conditions.
Creep: GFRP is also prone to long-term deformation (creep), which can affect performance over time

This Producct can't replace Steel and its Quite Possibly for small Construction but can't be used to construct Multi Story Buildings ...Bridges ...Steel can widestand extreme Temperatures and I don't think this Fiber can widestand Temperature more then 80 Degree ...
I will be glad to gain more knowledge if any engineer reply me with more details about this product then I will be happy
Best option is don’t assume but ask for the details from the horses mouth. This is already put to use abroad and most of the questions have been asked and answered.
