When charging the battery pack there is no charging light how long does it take to charge as mines been on 3 hours and its still dead?

Another quick question. I have the ND FECK kit. It says when charging the winch controller with the USB, it should flash red and turn green when fully charged. Mine shows no indication at all... How do I know when its charged?
