fabulous...i knew there had to be a trick. since i did one side, when other side hub wouldn't come off, i pounded the shaft for the lever, thru from the inside, and it worked.
Sorry for the delayed response. I missed yiur comment all together. If you go to the first video in the series you will find a download link in the description. This is the service manual and it will have the information your looking for. Hope that helps.

That hub can be a pain! Glad it was helpful. There is a service manual in the intro CDI video description if you don't have one.

Great video. Question for you… I’ve got a 2003 160 quad runner. Can’t find any parts other than OEM on the Suzuki website. Any suggestions?
Amazon helps, I have a 96 that’s where I found my parts
Good job .are you still posting for this quad
Just started posting again.
Hey man, love your videos. Can i ask you which size are the front wheel bearings ? Or the code number to look for them. Thanks!

Just want to point something out I have the same model and be careful if those brake pads are original then they are the ones with asbestos in them
Ohh good to know.
How do I determine which year I have? I don't think what the recent seller told me is correct.
Amazon for brake pads?
Locate your Vin on the frame and then go to this website atvmanual.com/suzuki/frame-vin-and-engine-serial-numbers

That's awesome. You should make a video on how you did it and share it.
