Easily the most anxiety inducing and terrifying experience of the whole game for me. And the ways this fucking thing kills you are brutal. Why would they cut this part out?
1. To maybe put him in Ada's separate ways DLC so it'd more unique and different compare to the main campaign as it makes no sense and felt lazy that two characters fight the same boss in different campaigns. It'd make sense that only one of them fight the boss. 2. To make the island pacing much better as the island pacing in the original felt too dragging and not fun at all since there was too much stuff that felt like shouldn't be there and kept in somewhere else including the addition of this boss and they might just couldn't find a way to pace the area better and enjoyable without removing the boss completely. 3. You'd have to fight Krauser right after this one which makes the pacing on the island rushed and such a mess. Even though I loved the boss as it looked terrifying, I completely forgot it even existed until the cut content video, which kinda made him forgettable for few people including me. And if removing him is the only way to make the island area pacing way better and enjoyable than the original only to put him back in separate ways campaign later, then it's definitely a needed change for me.

@@rockycuro7737 No, actually one of the Ramon bodyguards is the Verdugo, the other one is Pesanta or U3. So, if Ada is gonna fight it, it's only one! :)

I was wondering why I fought Krauser before U3 in the remake and I thought to myself maybe U3 will be introduced later on to change it up a bit but nope they cut my boy out. 😓 We’ll miss you U3.
SO I have an EXTREMELY hot-take on this - but IMHO I believe Veridgo is the scariest fight. My reasoning is that in the U3 fight you are right-out-of-the-gate under heavy pressure to keep moving in a very fast manner. (incredibly-stress-inducing? yes..) but you are forced to move on to the next segment so fast you almost don't have time to be scared if you wish to succeed. Fueled by adrenaline you scramble to the exit - extremely stressful? sure. But in the Verdigo fight no matter how fast you move..how competent you are - you are waiting for that god-damn elevator to show up - this being completely out of your control and being combined with the stalking scene moments earlier creates the scariest fight in the game.
I'm not a resident evil veteran like many of you, but I did witness some of these scenes during my younger days, never got a chance to play the game though, just watch youtube videos. Even from a youtube video this was terrifying but playing it now, its not so bad so long as you keep talking to yourself in game and bringing in positive humour to keep you motivated. Its how I got through dead space 1. In all honesty I only ever died twice in this situation, the boss is pretty easy to take out as long as you pack a rocket launcher for the boss fight after the cage stage

How did Capcom dare to cut off this impressive and jaw-dropping boss fight?
And then give it to Ada lmao.
Nice Pun btw jaw dropping lol
They didn't they also add it in Ada's campaign
@@xXSonTJXxx No,they added it to Ada's scenario, however, that is not as cool as the previous one.
I think U3 will return in Seperate Ways remake DLC.
Hoping U-3 shows up in Separate Ways. So Ada got her spotlight again in the Remake after what they did to her in Leons playthrough.
Man they just do less and less with Ada in each new game she's in.
The VA was pretty wooden. Sounded hungover 😂
The best RE ever and one of the best game ever made
Nah Resident Evil 5 is better than this overrated mess.

Apparently they cut this section out of the remake and I'm devastated. This was such a cool part, stuck on storage containers in the air. Could have been made so much scarier.
Apparently they kept mostly everything from the island but got rid of this guy. Why?
@@Dav-zy1dw
I heard they replaced it with a different boss, supposedly
heres hoping it appears in separate ways dlc remake
yes it did.
I've been plying RE4 at least once a year since it came out on the Gamecube. This part of the game STILL gives me anxiety like nothing else 😅
that's pretty sick how the host body dies at 4:40 but the parasite keeps dragging it along after
I hope they include this boss in Ada DLC. Also, I noticed in this remake the second Verdugo doesn't merge with Salazar, so is probably going to be another boss for Ada.
I thought that too
Because if not then they completely forgot his existence lmao
They mention U3 in one of the logs you can find in the game so yeah it's probably something Ada's gonna have to deal with
@uijnghhj402 that's not at all what he said. There will probably be a verdugo and u3 boss for Ada
@Rocky Curo yeah I noticed in the later section of the game they mention u3 specifically in one of the files so Ada will probably fight it
@@rockycuro7737 No, actually one of the Ramon bodyguards is the Verdugo, the other one is Pesanta or U3. So, if Ada is gonna fight it, it's only one! :)

I’m here after completing the vr game.
To think they completely cut this from the remake is insanity.

Dude was cool af, wish he was in but i'm not complaining. Game is amazing.
This game is a fucking masterpiece.
easily the scariest monster in the game, but Capcom cut it from the remake
After finishing the remake, im sad they cut this boss :(
She was mentioned in one of the notes
it will be on ADA WONG DLC soon
U3 is now the second Verdugo, it’s not that “thing” anymore.
If you claim to love *U3* , name all of his albums
The one with Bono in it.
Probably one of the most memorable moments in OG Re4. It was criminal they cut this part out of the game and left in that dumb wreaking ball section.
The wrecking ball is new, in the og we rode behind the truck remember
we are probably gonna fight U3 as a boss in the separate ways dlc as Ada, fingers crossed
@@Mb.groovy wrecking ball has been in it since the original after you jump down to the bottom floor of the island in the garbage disposal room

I just arrived from the future and can confirm that, yes, it is for real.
There was no reason to cut this monster from the remake
I was wondering why I fought Krauser before U3 in the remake and I thought to myself maybe U3 will be introduced later on to change it up a bit but nope they cut my boy out. 😓 We’ll miss you U3.
In what did u3 appear? After salazar? Can you remind me?
@@rhovenom04 Right after the first encounter with Krauser.
Logic over instinct to avoidably waste excessive bullets and health~
Yeah I won't lie, first time on the GameCube I shot him alot in the first part when all you have to do is evade. Either way, great boss
If you shoot him enough in the cage section he’ll just bounce out and allow you hit the switches uninterrupted.
That’s some necromorph stuff right there! Sigh* would be nice if they remade Dead Space
I think people have been left waiting for a part 4 of the series
Well wish granted buddy
Your wish has been fulfilled
It's lame they cut this boss out of the remake
I used to play this when I was 14, every evening on summer in european village, me and dad were playing this
I am so pissed they cut this from RE4 remake
It's in DLC🤦♂️
I knew og's would have noticed this boss not in the game
It may not be a monster with all that horrific suspense, but it will definitely give you a panic attack.
Resident Evil 4, Skyrim, Gta San Andreas are the best games of all times imo
I would also include Persona 5, Uncharted 4, Last of Us 2 and GTA4
I just like that he kept scooting right past that thing
Against the Verdugo, use the nitrogen cylinder and the shotgun
I'm not a resident evil veteran like many of you, but I did witness some of these scenes during my younger days, never got a chance to play the game though, just watch youtube videos.
Even from a youtube video this was terrifying but playing it now, its not so bad so long as you keep talking to yourself in game and bringing in positive humour to keep you motivated.
Its how I got through dead space 1.
In all honesty I only ever died twice in this situation, the boss is pretty easy to take out as long as you pack a rocket launcher for the boss fight after the cage stage
I legit can't wait to see how this boss fight gets remade alongside the Verdugo
After all this month... She is back in DLC of remake and i like it...
But i prefer this fight in the original...
Creapy theme... Stalker vibe... And of course horribale design with 4 legs🥶
The part where youre stucj in the containers with U3 was pretty scary. Shame theh removed that
@@mikecherry7548at least....
They creat a similar level in DLC and in that level you should run from a new enemy.
I know that wasnt scary like u3 in OG game، but that was better than nothing.
To quote a classic Sci-fi movie...
"You're... One... Ugly... M-"
If it bleeds, we can kill it
you're gonna need a bigger boat
As much as I hate this boss I am disappointed that U3 was cut from the remake.
Good news: U-3 is conflated with Black Robed Verdugo aka. Pesanta in the remake's Separate Ways.
If fans are going to criticize the RE3 remake for removing content, they need to be consistent and criticize the RE4 remake for removing this great boss battle. Now if the U3 actually does appear in the Separate Ways DLC as many have speculated, I'll retract what I said. But until we get confirmation on that, there was absolutely no reason to remove U3 from the main campaign.
you know they won't. Heck they removed significant scenes in the remake version and somehow they still believe it's the best remake ever. Fans will never argue against their own hypocrisy.
@@PeanutButterAndJellyBros Aside from the U3's removal, I loved the remake. This is why its exclusion bothers me so much; the remake was close to perfection until I realized one of the best bosses from the OG had been unceremoniously cut.
@@joshuanelson6795 The U3 is a top 3 bosses in the OG RE4. There are nutcases in the comment section saying that U3 being cut was a good idea when really deep down they're deceiving themselves. The remake is decent. Don't ultimately love or hate it.
@@PeanutButterAndJellyBrosyou act like every fan suppose to like the U3 boss fight a lot of fans think the boss fight was just stupid and pointless it doesn’t really bother much people that it was removed in the remake as you would think I never liked the U3 boss fight myself anyway but I will say that I really wanted to see how the U3 would look in the remake even if a boss fight or whatever that I don’t like is removed from the original games in the remake I still wanna see them in the game hopefully we see U3 in separate ways DLC.

Second to me . The right hand from Salazar is
Leon: Can we exchange Bosses? This one is creepying me out..
Ethan: *being suffocated between Alcina's thights* nope c:
You should see the monster baby thing from RE8. It is the most scariest thing since the U3, Monster Birkin and the damn Regenerators...pehaps even more nightmarish than those things.
