Awesome! I’m just now starting to do the same thing to my Monte Carlo. It’s definitely an experience doing it but I’m enjoying it. Great job!!! SUBSCRIBED!!! 💪 🤘
Thank you! Yeah, it’s been a lot of really hard work; but I’m always sooooo happy at the end of each day seeing the progress. Thanks for subscribing and taking the time to comment; it means a lot to me. My friend will be doing some reinforcement with his 80 Monte soon that I’ll be helping him with.
Next time you do another x-frame remove all the body mount brackets. Just like you did with the trailing arm mount & the rear spring perch/body mount. It will make it much easier to run the patterns & you don't have to work around the body mounts...
I’ll definitely take that advice! I appreciate you taking the time to comment 👊🏻 Do you run a piece on the top of the horns in the front to make it even for the radiator support? I’ve seen it done with and without
Right on man! Looks like it’s gonna take me about 100 hours with tear down cutting everything out and welding it all up. Not including molding it. It feels super rewarding doing myself though!

Thanks man! I appreciate you taking the time to comment! 👊🏻 I’m not far off now; can’t wait to see it all finished up
Keep up the good work!
Thanks bro! Wait until part two; I finally got your Uncle Matt over to put in the dirty work!! 😁
👍🏾
Thanks man! 👊🏻
Hey bro, coming along great. I need to make some more time to come out and help.
Thank you!! And definitely! At least to keep me company!
What welder and plasma cutter are you use great video
Thank you!
The plasma is the Miller 625 and the welder is the Miller 212; it’s the same as the 252, just the older version.

@vencilldavid yeah I usually like to run a piece there on top. If you don't, most of the time it will crack there if you don't.
Thanks! I appreciate the solid advice.
How many sheets of 3/16 have you got into it?
It’ll be around 1&3/4 of 4/8’ by the time I finish it. Thanks for taking the time to comment 👊🏻
@@vencilldavidwicked thanks again I'm starting my 63 frame next month

What kind of plasma are you using?
Mine is the Miller Spectrum 625 X-Treme
There lots of cheaper ones that would work just fine though
