@JoelCostellopt how did you put up with the dizziness for so long? I could not drive and could barely walk, and I live alone. No one checks in on me 🤣🤣🤣. I've been getting vertigo a lot, and usually, it will only last a day, but this was 2 weeks, and my Dr was literally "yeah, probably due to your inner ear." I was actually thinking of you. I just couldn't message anyone on my phone lol
@ yeah it sucks Inner ear issues impacts it hugely - feels like you’re on a boat I’m so sorry you have been having that Has the dr got any resolution for you?
@JoelCostellopt I got told I have to live with it. It's literally like being on a roller-coaster 24/7, I'm not sure if you have had vertigo. She checked my ears and said they're fine. If it gets worse, I'm going to see my audiologist and dig deeper.
@@breephoenix111 Look up the Epley maneuver - you can find vids online - it's easy to do. If it's vertigo - it will work. Try it a few times - after doing it try and keep your head up and straight for 24 hours to make sure the inner ear settles. It will solve the issue if it's vertigo.
Yeww! inspiring. !
More to come!
