EMG's in my opinion, are the best pickups. I'm 15, play a damien by schecter on a Marshall MG100HDFX with 2 MG412 A/B cabs and play through an 81/85 combo, i love them. their low-ends are amazing and their highs are beautiful and boutique. I have played through seymour duncan JB's and their active live wires, and they just don't pack the punch that EMG's do.
I don't think BFMV plays in Drop D. I could be wrong but the sparkling V is in Standard D tuning I believe. Most of their recent songs are in Drop C and Standard D

bc rich is the ultimate metal guitar.jackson cheap stuff is the same as bc riches cheap stuff. you get what you pay for.hand made in the usa riches are the best out there for metal

6505's are sick. But the new FENDER 5150 sounds awesome! However I still think anyone with a 6505/5150 should try an old jcm800 (the amp it's based on) they blow virtually all amps out of the water!!
I don't get it when the guitarists get their techs to press the pedals for them. I play in a rock band and I would never let anyone do that for me especially expressive pedals like wah like dude I wanna do that shit my self like what if I'm doing a solo and I get the sudden urge to put on some chorus or delay or something to make it interesting. Obviously I have nothing against Matt doing it but personally I wanna do that shit myself effects are cool I wanna take charge of that stuff.

Matt tuck doesn't really use a whole lot of effects. the Wah he controls himself, otherwise the only thing that is done for him is his channel switching from clean to distortion..and having noise supressors turned on and off. i am a guitar player and a vocalist as well, so take it from me. trying to put on a show, while playing your instrument and having to tap dance on your pedal board while trying to do vocals can be a bit of a hassle. especially, if you are on the other side of the stage trying to connect with a crowd and you are nowhere near your pedal board when you need to switch to clean..granted most SMART musicians would time it to where they would be back to their board in time (which is what I do because I don't have a tech), you can easily lose track of things like that when you are in a moment..
esp is pretty amazing but bc rich isnt all that bad, it depends model to model, only the low end is bad, their mid to high ends are great, though i personally prefer Charvel
not a fan of bc rich, but that satin black/yellow trim combo really sets it off. I'm hesitant to get a satin finish guitar exactly because of what this guy said, it is indeed a bitch to keep it from getting grease spots. Unlike a gloss finish, which you can simply polish.
Nope. Heart's is in drop C. Bullet don't play in Drop D, the guitar tech made a mistake, they play only in Drop C and Standard D. On Disappear, Scream Aim Fire, Say Goodnight and some more songs from Scream Aim Fire they play in Standard D and on the rest of the songs from The Poison and Fever they play on Drop C.
I'm talking about the Rhandy Rhoads RR5, thats great, not too keen on the dinky's, Esp's are outstanding but i dont think it would look right on him :)
@Fairfuzzle He switches with what seems every album. But him and Michael both used them. Michael still does. I have 2 Jacksons to and 1 ESP and personally I think its luck of the draw on which is better. My ESp is better than my Jackson Dinky. But my Rhoads is better than my ESP. However. But my 8 string Ibanez crushes all of them.
any guitar ive played that had a straight away headstock, no matter how nicely made, had terrible tuning stability, without the use of their shitty tremolo systems. and of course locking trems and nuts negate any of the aforementioned problems i have guitars of both types. and i know jackson doesn't have this problem, its their bastard father company, fender. and the c word is a powerful weapon, use it wisely jedi. peace be with you
I honestly don't understand how BC Rich and Dean stay in business. BCR makes weird shapes. Dean makes a hundred different 'Dimebag' models. Their imports are garbage. Go to a music store tomorrow and play a BCR or Dean import. Then play an Ibanez, Jackson, Charvel, or even an Epiphone in the same price range. You'll feel what I'm saying. The pros get American made quality guitars for free and go with whoever pays them the most. Look at what working musicians who have to buy their own gear play.
Should have went for dat ESP contract. Then we could all have that nice V with a reversed headstock we've always wanted in a slightly lower quality but more affordable price. I love that ESP makes at least 3 versions for every sig, 200, LTD, and normal. I still like the BC Rich V and mockingbird series. Everything else has shitty tone.

There are short cable that connect them to the antenna in on the wireless unit. It means you can place them wherever you want for the best RF signal.

ESP guitars produce the cleanest crystal clear for clean tones, especially with the EMG 60's.

I've only ever played one BC Rich guitar (Imported Model) It was terrible but I won't say the company sucks as it was a budget instrument.
