- For two decades, Welsh quartet, Bullet for My Valentine has successfully mixed punk-infused metal, thrash and even some pop sensibilities to create some of the most melodic, metallic, dark rock songs of the new millennium. With their new album 'Gravity' dropping last month Guitar Interactive Magazine editor, Jonathan Graham sat down with BFMV's Matt Tuck and Michael Paget ahead of the release to discuss the writing and recording of the record, the band's plans for 2018 and we take a look at the pair's current live rig.

I could hear Matt talking about his guitars all day long.
Wow they actually use the digitech drop.
Well said matt and padge!! Write a new page and also celebrate your history! #BFMV forever!!
Shit yeah man, Matt said it...Gravity is massively heavy in a whole new light...🤘
Ummm...NO!
Adam Turner I think he means lyrically
Heavy doesn't always mean about the music it is about the songs in general
So happy to see the Jackson guitar, Bullet For My Valentine really inspired me to pick up the guitar and after playing on a standard model for a few years I bought my first own guitar, which was a Jackson guitar just like Matt has, but a more affordable version. Have always loved the design of that guitar and it's great for playing hardrock/metal. Took me a long time to get used to the shape tough, especially while sitting down
Exact same here man
What a great interview
Only watched the rig rundown part but this interviewer really asks some good questions and actually lets Matt and Padge talk. Really enjoyable rundown.
Guitar Interactive did the best BFMV rig rundown ever. ❤️
Matt Tuck is very attractive
I'm straight but I gotta admit it you're totally right
Lana Lana he's my daddy
@@Svetlana40070 love u 2

I love both Matt Tuck and Michael Padge and Bullet for my Valentine. #BFMV lover 4ever
I LOVE BFMV
I was today years old when I discovered that bfmv are Welsh and not from states lol I've been listening them since nfsmw and his singing accent so American that I was 100% sure and never even bothered to check
Really nice interview!
I really enjoyed this interview! Didnt seem rushed
Love to watch this stuff since I'm a massive guitar nerd and massive bfmv fan. Thanks for the upload!
thanks thats great :)
They are great band love you guys
I wonder why they use a drop pedal when the Kemper has a drop tune effect too. I used to use 6 different guitars all tuned different until I got a Kemper. Now I only need 2. 😂
Pretty interesting they are using drop tuning pedals live.
Tbh i never thought that they would, i have the whammy with the drop tuning as well but i didnt think it souns that good
The Digitech drop pedal is the best thing I ever purchased, doesn't affect your tone at all and you get a clear crisp signal especially with big tube heads
awesome
Interesting that they use the Digitech Drop when the Kemper does the same thing.
The life withering away from padge's eyes !! .......
11:22 you’re welcome
Can any guitar nerd tell me why the gold jackson logo has a meaning?
didn't find anything after 0.5min of google search.
He's just messing around. You can order gold (as well as other colors) in a custom shop
@@moderndaygrinch Thank you, finally some closure after 2 years ;)
3 kemper 😥
