Bonzo is one hard act to follow , I give my respect to all of the drummers they all did a great job, but Mr Tichy is on a completely different level
Brian Tichy is a beast!
He's got all of John Bonham's classic moves down!
The best version, ever!
The bass player is a chugger, he and Brian are the definite stand outs! 🤘
Thanks to this guy, we can at least imagine, how it could sound some of the songs, sadly Bonzo never played live. I love this drummer so much, it's the greatest Bonzo disciple could ever had, even Jason is 100000000 miles away from him. Thanks Brian, you are the man!
Diego Arevalo bonzo did play this song live though, 1979 knebworth. One of the greatest and last performances before he passed.
@@alexh.6630 I know. But Brian also played carousselambra at some Bonzo Bash, for example, and that wasn't played Live ever by Led Zeppelin.
@@kennyhamilton To begin with, Brian is obssesed with bonham, he even acknowledges himself as a Bonham geek.
For example Jason plays doble bass, and most of his fills are righ hand lead. Brian knows and dominates a lot of Bonhanisms yo the very core. For example, Brian knows that Bonham played most of his triplet fills and lick left hand lead. Jason never ever played the broken triplets. Brian does, and knows how to incorporate them even in ways Bonzo didn't play, but sound as good as Bonham.
Jason is a great drummer too, but he plays in a more contemporary Style, that sometimes sound a little far from bonham. Titchy does sound, as a drummer obssesed with bonzo, more like a modern Bonham.
So, if You want yo hear some contemporary interpretation of Led Zeppelin songs, listen to Jason. But ir You want to hear the most impressive interpretation of a Bonham impersonator, listen to Titchy or Bonhamology.
Great Job to the band as a whole on song performance and sound. You were all extremely solid! Love the drum sound, great stamina and positive energy from the drummer. All so talented 👏👏👏 Haven't watched great musicianship skills in a while. Keep up the great work! 🔥🥁🔥💓🔥🎸🔥💓👍👍👍
Thank you I love this song
BONZO TICHY THE BEST.................
Brian, holy shit..what a guy.
Badass 🎸🥁🎶
Yes I think John Bonham would have like the way Brain played that -sounding like JB but adding his flair to the mix.
Great cover
Brian is close to Bonzo as one could ever be.
I completely agree 👍
Sounds great w bass !
Brian is totally inspiring. He has great instructional videos breaking down some of Bonham's triplet licks on RUclips.
Absolutely crushed it
The drummers are all doing a great job. The rest of these players are fucking awesome! The attention to dynamics and the tightness of the other guys from drummer to drummer is really impressive. I like this vocalist alot too.
The guitar player currently plays with Sebastian Bach, he shreds!
Matthew DiBernardo No kidding? Well good for him, that's a good gig I'd say. Killer singer to work with anyways! Now if I could only land a drumming gig like that!
Kirk Shipp Brent Woods is his name, cool guy. A Randy Rhoads FANATIC has played at Randy Rhoads Remembered every year so far. My buddy works at Ziggys by The Sea in Wilmington NC met him and Bach when they recently played there, awesome guys the whole band.
Kirk Shipp He also leanred to play from Randy Rhoads himself.
Really? That's pretty neat!
Stellar
I need ZOO LOVE!
this should clear up all questions about how great Zeppelin was and why they couldn't go on without Bonzo.
very well................................................................................
Tichy plays Bonham grooves better an anyone else...THE DUDE. that stick hit / flip thing is great too.
Seriously that trick though at 2:39
hell YEAH !! the stick hit / flip at 2:39 is nuts. great.
1:21 - Tich f*@kin with the other band members. #Legend
This singer is good
I know from meeting Brian he isn't a pretender but rather a student of Bonham and holds him in drum reverence. For Champane97 (by the way you aren't smart enough to spell correctly) he could actually explain to you every aspect of every note and how it's played including stick position and time signature...
Brian T. REALLY ís That Fantastic, right?!!! I believe everything that comes out of him (in words and/or music).
He's always amazingly friendly and patient when being interviewed, or teaching drums (on video) and more!
I don't know, ya just gotta like him!! ;-) Next to being the very best drummer, he's also very enjoyable and interesting! I absolutely hate every kind of jealousy, never experienced it (luckily), but...I am not ashamed to say that I do envy you,
a little bit, for meeting Brian! And I hope this experience was as much a memorable Delight for you as it would be for me! haha :-)
John Bonham is known for playing his drums especially hard. Every drummer that sits on the throne at the Bonzo's Bashes all try to kill beat the drums as hard as Bonham did.
Bonzo!!!!!!!
I love it they got it with all the spirit yes race guard
This bass player is a notable exception to Glenn Fricker's Rule #2.
YEA BUDDY!!! RIGHT ON!!!***
All brilliant drummers, what's amazing to me then and still is, is the fact that nobody can hit the drums as hard as Bonham. These guys and especially Brian is having a good go but no where near the volume that monster could hit. I wish I could bash them as hard and loud as Bonzo, but I can't :(
Where was it ever shown that Bonham was this monster? That footage in Australia doing the Immigrant song shows him at a jam. But you never see that in other footage. Bill Ward in Paris 5 decades ago shows someone that constantly attacked that set.
Damn man
Your a beast Brian !
Reminds me of a young Wes pratt
They're fucking nailed it
Tichy can play this in his sleep
Can't wait for the Stone pony May 31 see you there!
Quite a good cover
Led Zeppelin 2020 😊
Zep was so great cause the skins are ahead of the groove
1:14. Does anyone knows how to do this trick? There is any video on RUclips that teaches about it? Thanks.
11 people dislike this video? They must be Remo Black Dot Head's.
Awesome
Yeah I forgot all of the song presents
John Paul Jones where you at
How could anybody knock this guys playing?
No da el tempo oficial de la canción..
He's a sick dog
Oh yeah they found it fucked up and nailed it yeah true love to up to up
Mr Tichy plays WAY TOO HARD.....so much of that energy could be used in making allot more happen on the drums....I love the pride and glory album he did with Zakk. I did not think he played like this from listening to that album....
T itchy is all coked up lol. No doubt.
1:13...Fuckin epic.
guess u never played out live
Demasiado rápido
Honestly doesn't sound anything like Bonham. He does in the Drumeo instructional shit, but here he's lacking something. I just can't pin point it. The kit doesn't sound that great to me either.
A few bpm too fast. This song should be played at the speed of sex.
shit Camerafreak!!!
Singer's gotta go
Again I say it, Brian is unreal, his band and singer - not very good. They sound like a high school band. He is way above them and should be playing with some real professionals.
You're right. If you're going to pay tribute to Bonham at least play the grooves correctly and not your way.
Yawn....
