I think the vial doesn't really have a spray on it because you didn't order a perfume. It's like more on a case for their perfume bottles. I saw it on their website.

Don't know if this will help skye or not, but our cat, Zelda, used to over groom. To the point she licked her fur out. The vet put her on clomicalm, because it was psychological alopecia. After a few years, we took her off and she's never been as bad since. It's expensive, so glad we have insurance for her.
The perfume has an option of different refills, and an option of a sprayer, also some expensive perfumes that don't come with a sprayer, you're supposed to dab the perfume on you're finger and place it on you're wrist or neck

I’m pretty sure the perfume bottle is just a decorative casing for those little sample sized perfumes. Since she didn’t order a perfume with it, it would make sense that no spritzer came with it as there’s not actually perfume bottle in the sleeve. It’s still gorgeous and honestly could be used as an ornament or just for decoration even without a bottle in it so I can see why she still put it in her video. Plus she likes to show exactly how things show up from these ads so you can see if it’s for real or not
