Roxi, water expands as it freezes so with the ice stick, you need to leave a little room inside (less water) & as it swells it'll fill the entire thing. It will also probably make it easier to open if it's not exploding out bc the empty hole will break the surface tension & suction.
Also if its too hard to open, just run it under water for a, few seconds, it will automatically release, so she didn't need to just leave it for 10 minutes! X 😊 maybe i know this because im alot older and had to work these things out! 🙄 😂 😂

@@Topanga. it may have some good benefits but you really need to know how to do it not just putting the ice cube directly on (sometimes people do it for longer that they need/have to) it can cause itching and redness and skin burn. There are alternatives in order to put cold anyway on your skin getting the benefits without the possible damage

I've heard bad things about applying ice directly to your face via derms so will skip that but the others look cool

Besides, you could just get an ice cube from the freezer and do the exact same thing for free :p

Be careful with putting ice on ur skin straight on because it can break capillaries in ur skin. Maybe put a thin tissue inbetween
