🚨 The NuFace technology has a lot of science backing it and a more complex type is used in aesthetician offices. However, you CANNOT use just ANY serum or moisturizer with it or you will have issues like Roxy. You need to be sure you’re using a conductor gel on clean, bare skin (no skincare). If you do not, it will most definitely shock you because the microcurrent isn’t being distributed properly and you could potentially cause burns. Make sure you’re reading directions and get the right products when using devices like these! ❤
Hi Roxi, the volume of your videos is so low that I have to put the volume up so high on my tv and then when ads come up, they are deafening. I have experienced this for so long with your videos, I hope that gets fixed somehow. Love your videos.
Ok so I went online to look at the IPL device annddddd, I’m glad I did. If you have darker skin or if you are of a lighter skin tone but have light colored hair(such a blonde), this probably won’t work for you. It states that on the website; which sucks because it’s not for everyone but at least they put it there so that you know and don’t spend almost $400 on just for it to not work or not deliver the results you expected🤷🏾♀️.
Hi Roxi! I have the NuFace device and i really loooove to use it 😊 Did you use a serum with minerals that help conduct the microcurrent? That might help. Love your videos, much love from the Netherlands 😘❤
Just so people are clear - the IPL device "worked" because the light flashed. It takes quite a while to see results on the hair removal effectiveness of any IPL device. I wouldn't personally say that means the device works. It would take weeks to test that not just once.
Oh totally! I just know IPL works on me because I’ve used other devices that basically do the same thing! Like I said the demonstration was more to see how the cooling felt on my skin and whether the light “hurt” or not but it was my first time testing this particular device overall.
@@nybsbfan18 me too! I'm not meaning to say IPL doesn't work period but didn't want people to be confused about the effectiveness of this particular device.
Just FYI that machine that you didn't like because it was electrocuting your face, it's supposed to be used with a jelly serum. Whenever you use the serum that comes with it it makes the shocks even on a high setting very minute you can barely feel them.
Btw IPL isn't the same as laser hair removal that is done in salons. The home devices are much less effective and are less likely to work on a variety of skin tones and hair colours.
I purchased the Ulike and absolutely love it! I have never done professional laser treatments at the salon but can honestly say this at home laser was the best investment and have already been seeing results within two treatments
LOVEE your videos but I wish you link all the items that you’ve tried so we can find exactly the same! I’m very interested on the needle free mesotherapy tool! 🥰
You should lookup the chart for the My face so you know where to place it. My instinct was to do what you did in the jawline but it's not the right placement.
Amazon, not just for groceries and home items. I could use that mouth thing at the dentist. It is hard for me keeping my mouth open for the whole appointment.
Other than being concerned about the potential germs on the mouth exerciser, I would also be concerned about the materials used. Anyone buying one of these should make sure it comes from a reputable source and not from Amazon or wish where it’s highly likely that it’s been made in china where they can use cheap plastics that contain carcinogens
Why is she terrified of everything, the product used to electrify your face I think she just didn't like that it made her look weird. If you are going to try things and give your opinion then you should at least really use it. I like her videos but this one not so much.
No. The way IPL works is the light goes right into the hair root, it absorbs all the energy so it is destroyed and the hair doesn't grow back (at least not as strong). If you wax, you remove the hair root, so when you hit with the light it just spreads around the skin evenly not making any damage to the "hair root" 😊

I have seen youtubers use the kenzi system before, Tara Michelle or Toni Sevdalis and not just one time.

@@laurenhall8392 I personally don't get the totally hairless except for the hair in your head concept...
@@nybsbfan18...at last someone else who has the same thoughts as myself. I don't get the totally hairless either. Many blessings Amanda 🙏❤️🙏

Hi Rox, I’d love to try IPL and thanks for the discount code.
You should lookup the chart for the My face so you know where to place it. My instinct was to do what you did in the jawline but it's not the right placement.

The dentist has a device to do just that. I routinely ask for it!
Awesome job roxxi.
Hey Roxi! I love you! 🫶🫶❤️❤️
I am just cracking up watching you shock yourself!

The discount code is not working!
Can you use it after waxing?

You should tests these devices for at least 2 weeks before reviewing it. This review feels very lazy.
