My second baby had shoulder dystocia and got stuck. My body went into shock and I had an out of body type of experience. They broke his collar bone to get him out and he wasn’t breathing but thank God they were able to get him breathing and he is now a healthy almost 19 year old. Congratulations on your new baby!
Beautiful. There’s nothing like a great team around you while you’re in labor!🎉 Also it’s so great to hear a story of a mom in her 40’s. I appreciate that it’s not a big deal.
I only had one baby, and I had to have a C section due to my son’s heart rate dropping with the induction. I wanted another. As scary as this is, I would have loved to have had a second baby and known what it was to born a baby. My husband wouldn’t have the second. It will forever be a lot of grief around all of this. I’m grateful for my son, he is a man now. It just hurts.
P.S. Wade's reaction to Theo and not worrying about you~ cause he knew you were there... was the sweetest thing I've ever seen. You are so blessed. You are an incredible mommy. God bless you all.
Thanks for sharing! God is faithful and I thank Him for your miracle baby. 💙 Theo is beautiful and it will be so much fun as you raise your boys. Congratulations 💜💙💙💙
Beautiful story. It was a little triggering for me because I had a stillborn, but I’m so happy to hear your story. We are trying for our second living baby. This story gives me a lot of hope since I’m 39 and I just feel I’m out of the game. Would you mind if I ask you if you had any miscarriages in your journey?
Oh, my heart hurts for you! Praying for you on your journey! ❤️ I've never had a miscarriage, but know so many people who have experienced miscarriages.
Congratulations on baby Theo he is precious and so is Wade I began watching your channel before you got pregnant with Wade went through that journey with you and Theo’s journey it was so precious.
I was so much more terrified my second time around than I was the first because my natural birth with #1 was horrible and I was so relieved when I had to have a c section was afraid because of the emergency side of it but the thought of natural labor again was terrifying and I wouldn’t think twice about having another c section even with my spinal not taking and me feeling them cut me before they knocked me out 😂 both births were crazy in their own way but I feel so blessed with my beautiful 🌈 babies after our 12+ years of infertility.
Congratulations! So happy for you 😊 I know the video you did of your first pregnancy did really well! As that's how I found you. Just a thought, might be worth having in the title or something your age and 2nd pregnancy after infertility as I think a lot of people are looking for hope in those areas ❤
OH MY GOODNESS~ THANK YOU FOR ALL THESE DETAILS!!! YOUR VIDEOS ARE MY *FAVIRITES!* I LIKE YOU SO MUCH, AND I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ROUTING FOR YOU! I THINK WADE LOOKS LIKE MAMA AND THEO LOOKS LIKE DADA!💛💛 YOU ARE SO SPECIAL. xo xo xo
Honestly, life just got so busy with chasing a toddler, being exhausted and running a business. I’m always striving to find a way to incorporate RUclips into my life more because I love it!

Ashley, have you ever thought about writing childrens books? You are a fabulous story teller and also a Podcast!
Totally agree!

I’m sorry you didn’t have a 2nd child. Men are complete idiots

So goid to see you again! Congrats on Theo and how old is Wade now? God bless!
Thank you! He’s almost 3.5. Which has gone by really fast!
Congratulations and God bless your beautiful family 🙏❤
Thank you so much!!
It never ceases to amaze me how wildly different all birth stories are 😊 loved to hear how God carefully orchestrated your son’s birth ❤
I know! You can do your best to prepare, but you definitely need to be open for when plans change.
Congratulations! Just curious as to why you didn't share/post your pregnancy journey with baby #2?
Honestly, life just got so busy with chasing a toddler, being exhausted and running a business. I’m always striving to find a way to incorporate RUclips into my life more because I love it!
@@StandardAmericanWife I understand. Thank you for replying.
He is so cute. And god bless you
Thank you!
He does look perfect!
I thought there was a point where they wouldn’t do the epidural, once so far dilated? Thank goodness you had it for the last part.
Yes,that is. What I was told. Maybe that is one of the reasons they don't, with the blood pressure issue. I never had a epidural with my 3.
I thought so too and fully had expected them to say it was too late, but thankfully it was still an option!
Low blood pressure is always a risk with epidurals.
Thanks for sharing your birth story. Happy to see the work of God in your beautiful family.
You are so sweet! Thank you!
