New to your page !! Is hair shaving too sharp for kitchen and meat knives in your experience. If it's too sharp won't it be a weaker edge , or do you feel kitchen knives are fine be sharper than a working outdoors knife?
Good day. Thank U 4 the question. Kitchen knives can be as sharp as U want them in my opinion. Just remember that super sharp means the apex is weaker. So, U have to be more care full what U hit with the blade.
