This video gives you a little background on my relaxed hair and natural hair journeys, which led me to eventually getting locs. Gorgeous!!! I struggle with a thin hairline. My hair is also fine but low density as well. I’m trying to lower my expectations as far as what my sisterlocks will look like but I am still excited about the upcoming journey. Establishment set to begin September 8th.

Your loc install price was fabulous. I would kill for that price. I had a consultation and was quoted $1800 dollars. Then she told me to have my hair trimmed before the install. Why would I pay the same price after my trim. Especially if I get inches trimmed off.i am still looking for a good loctician, not a scammer.

I've never seen sisterlocs look this good. The curls are beautiful.
Watching this makes feel like I was taking advantage of. I was told I had 16” and I had a big head so it would be 2200. Which didn’t seem right for a few reasons. But if that’s the case I’m willing to pay that because I expected her to do a lot of work. But if my head was so big and I really had 16” of hair I’m shocked that it only took her 14.5 hours and I only have a little more that 400 sister locks.

But, I’m in the Midwest, specifically, Indiana, so coming to the ATL is not an option for me to travel there frequently for maintenance. Sharida, your locs are gorgeous! Your hair in its relaxed and loose state was also beautiful 😍. When I was relaxed, I couldn't get it it grow past my shoulders...hopefully by having locs, I'll get to that point and get the length im striving for. Thanks for this video❤❤❤
You got a fabulous rate for your locks!! I am also considering coloring my hair since I’ve never done it besides using henna. I might take the plunge and do color for fun on the new journey. I noticed that the longer length does takes longer to show up which is okay with me since I have issues with retention on loose hair! Thank you so much for your advice I can’t wait to see more from you over time! Blessings!
