    I've got a '21 base Tuono. I run a 44 tooth rear, disconnected flapper valve keep std pipe. I out pace my brothers M1000R on roll on's if in same gear. Also the bikes standing 1/4 mile is 10.1 & Roll Racing 8.3 @ 148 mph.

    Crazy how much power the ape has. Considering what you for to your bike mod wise. Can't wait to see a rematch once the ape has a tune and a exhaust

      Definitely, it was faster than I expected! I’m also switching back to a stock front sprocket, I think that will help make it more fair. Right now 4th gear is the lowest gear I can start in without doing a power wheelie. 😬

    Need to setup the suspension on the tuono. Trust me....makes a mile of a difference. Also if you are doing all this before 650miles and this is still the factory oil youll be up for a surpise riding it out like that. 👍🏽

      @OneWheelUp17  5 месяцев назад +2

      Fortunately the Tuono already has over 4k miles on it, so no worries about riding it out.

      @OneWheelUp17 thank God lol 😆 🙏🏽 I had a brand new 22 rsv4 factory, now have a new 23 tuonv4 factory and had a 2016 and 2018 tuonov4 factory. From my experience once they have 600ish miles on them and an oil change you are pretty much good to go...I don't redline the torque monsters much anyways lol nice looking bikes!

    Do you feel like the screen and fairings on the Tuono provide any significant wind protection over the SFV4? Sometimes the smaller screens seem to make it worse with turbulence.

    • @OneWheelUp17
      @OneWheelUp17  2 месяца назад +1

      I actually discuss this exact topic in the video coming out this Friday where I commute on the Tuono! It does provide more wind protection, my head doesn’t bob near as much on the Tuono as it does on the SFV4.

    Brother can you tell me the approx cost of valve clearance servicing which happens after every 15000miles or something. i heard that it's pretty expensive. any rough idea of cost can be helpful.

    • @OneWheelUp17
      @OneWheelUp17  4 месяца назад

      In the US I believe the cost is around $1,600 for the service.

    How did the ape feel ergo wise, is it a sport tourer?

    • @OneWheelUp17
      @OneWheelUp17  5 месяцев назад

      It could be used as a tourer, but the foot position is more cramped than my Streetfighter and the seat is less comfortable, which I wasn’t expecting. The riding position isn’t bad though, a little more leaned over than the Ducati.

    Aprilia Tuono V4 Factory is faster, because rear sprocket 42 teeth stock. On the Tuono v4 only 40 teeth stock.

    • @OneWheelUp17
      @OneWheelUp17  4 месяца назад

      They make the same power, so wouldn’t that would just make it faster at a different speed? I changed the sprocket on my Streetfighter and that’s all it did.

    • @NerijusV4
      @NerijusV4 4 месяца назад

      @@OneWheelUp17 plus two teeth on the rear sprocket are almost the same as the minus one on the front, which adds a lot of torque. It feels big different, but it takes out a bit of top speed…
      I'm not sure, but it's possible that the factory has a slightly different gearbox... for example, the RSV4 has a completely different gear box than the Tuono...
