I just tried Black Cedarwood and Juniper last week and absolutely fell in love with it. My problem with Jo Malone is that the scents don't seem to last a long time (even though I own a lot of them!), but I think this one has above average longevity.
dcjimr1 Absolutely same thought here. I adore quite a fee scents from JM because of how uniquely awesome they smell, but I feel like for the price it lasts way too short. Especially for a niche house.
I know how hard it can be coming up with me content. So just a suggestion you should do the most popular 2 fragrances from each luxury house. Maybe like 10 or 12 hours and 2 or more picks. Love ur channel.
Now it's nice to know that you are a fraghead I used to collect fragrances and watching your hair videos now I find both in your wonderful RUclips channel 😁😁
On one of your previous videos you tried Fou d'Absinthe so I took the plunge and ordered it...My god Robin you were spot on, it is amazing! Thank you so much 😊Love the shirts now so guess where I’ll be getting my next shirt from haha
I ordered a sample of Noir Exquis on your recommendation and I have to say, it's heavely. It's like drenching yourself in an intensely dark, yet sweetly dripping cake.
Spring/Summer Dior Sauvage and Invictus OG or Aqua. For Autumn/Winter PDM Herod, Versace Eros and Ck One Shock. And for special occassions or when i want to wear something more challengning I reach for Tom Ford Tobacco Oud or Tuscan Leather and Santal 33.
@@fabianbotello4917 i tried a sample and its probably a better scent with a smoother, sweeter and yet more complex character. But as I already owned the original it isnt different enough to warrant a purchase, and the price increase is fairly significant up to the intense version. Overall id say both give a similar upmarket formal feel.
Oh my goodness you have some collection of fragrance!! How do you store them? Do you just keep them on shelves in daylight or do you keep them in the dark? Xxx jo Malone is a love for me too I always seem to go backbto it too 😊😊😊
Jo Malone seems to be able to produce such simple yet alluring fragrances. The Penhaligon's is a beauty, I had a hard time deciding between the Radcliff, the Duke and the Sartorial and ended up getting the Sartorial this time around. Anywho, great choices!
Have you heard of/tried the brand called “Arquiste”? They are more of a Niche house but they are very romantic and have beautiful stories, descriptions and research behind each fragrance. Please try them out, I think you would like them.
I don't know why but I always particularly love your fragrance videos. I bought a Tom Ford fragrance after watching all of your videos and was not disappointed. It was definitely a worthy investment. Too bad I lost it. Now I don't have a proper cologne to use and need to find a new one. I would like to amass a collection of at least 4: one for each season. Anyways, rant over. Love your videos bro!
Been watching you for a year now! I brought my first fragrance (Tom Ford - Ombre Leather) on your recommendation. I have loads now. You must try Luis Vuiton Ombre Nomade.
hello robin, thanks for really good videos. How long can you have a bottle before the smell becomes bad? qualities like Dior, Tom Ford, D&G, Armani, Creed..etc ..?
Great list! My most worn "feel good" fragrance of 2019 comes from Diptyque (34 Boulevard Saint Germain) i love it. Next stop: By Kilian Vodka on the Rocks for 2020.
@Antim8ah that's just me personally. But the other day I asked my banker what he was wearing, it smelled great. It was Blvgari so hey you never know. Btw find a Sephora and start going they give you 3 free fragrance samples of your choice. You don't have to blind buy anymore
@@javierbautista9385 fragrances are a strange thing. I love the way jimmy choo smells in the bottle but on me they smell awful. My current favorite is Mont blanc explorer. I don't like any of the other Mont blancs just this one
@@tv2109 that's basically how i feel about mont blanc legend. I love the smell i want a candle or something so my house smells like it. But i cant stand it on me haha
Nioxin or aveda invati for thinning hair ? I know you use nioxin but Aveda another brand you usually use it too, I bought their thick tonic and using it
I bought the hair system as well. My buddie says these online places are watering all these down.robin should talk about this problem.and it is a huge problem.go on amazon reviews every comment talks about how hair products are being watered down
These 'intermittent ads' allow me to work with a team at Man For Himself; allow me to do this full-time; allow me to pay for an office; and allow me to be really very selective with the brands that I work with. Welcome to 2019.
@@ManForHimself I know how ads work, no need to be condescending. I just have a personal grudge against these forms of advertising, since they conflict with an 'ad free' experience that I paid RUclips for already. Nothing personal :)
Don’t forget 👉🏼You can use code MANFORHIMSELF for a great deal at Tailor Store: robin.yt/TailorStore
Great choices, a bit pricy for those selections you should do a video for your top favorite inexpensive fragrances
Of course. Great idea!
The Dunhill icon is unbelievable. You were dead on with this one Robin. Love it!

Wow, Robin, impressed by your fragrance collection 👍You've got very delicate taste.
Seriously loving the hair in this video
Wonder what products Robin used in this one
Great video as usual. Much prefer your editing style where you talk non stop compared to the 50 jump cuts in most people's videos
