Your relation with this car is same as my relation with my civic 2007 manual transmission I spent too much time and money on it until I finally decided to get rid of it and I am happy nw 😅
Being crossover, the weight and the shape account for higher fuel consumption and higher gear ratio. Does SX4 this crossover show its advantage on bumpy road surface, humps, potholes, non-tar roads,....?
The tyres are bigger and the suspension is tougher than that of the Swift. But it doesn’t feel as bouncy as the old Prado. It’s definitely better than the swift on rough roads. Swift’s suspension is very soft.
In Mexico I have both cars, the SX4 comes with a 2.0 petrol/gasoline engine of 143 horsepower and 136 lb/ft. The swift comes with a 1.5 vvt 100 horsepower, both a are great cars, of course the sx4 is faster and with more space for long travels in highway, meanwhile the swift is the best city car. In my opinion both have a similar performance because although the sx4 has more power, it is also heavier that the swift.

So the solution should be electric car? Electricity is most from coal and fuel. You are creating more problems for the environment when disposing batteries in the future. Toyota has been addressing this issue long ago by developing cars like Toyota Mira using fuel cells and emit only pure water but politicians don’t back them up. Politicians want control and money. They all come up with a different problem.
good video thanks ,i had swift, and sx4,did not like the swift much i live in a very hilly area and that 1.2 struggled,

It depends on the condition. Suzuki cars are not common in Kuching. Hard to find someone to fix.

Around 2300rpm for Suzuki cars. However the Toyota Wish is around 1800 rpm to cruise at 100km/h. A big difference.
