So I just feel the need to go out there and leave comments on every Cowin E8 video review out there, I’ll be leaving this on amazon just so people out there can get an opinion of just how great these headphones are. These headphones are by far the best headphones that I have ever bought throughout my years of purchasing headphones. I bought them as an upgrade from my cowin e7. As a student/gamer/new york city commuter, I find these headphones to be helpful in every aspect of my life. The other day I was waiting for a bus during a fairly busy afternoon. I had active noise cancel feature enabled while listening to some J Cole and I couldn’t hear a single thing. I couldn’t hear the traffic, the honking cars, nor could I hear a conversation between two people literally sitting next to me. While gaming one night with my window open, I had a friend who kept saying he heard frequent loud noises in the background, noises that I couldn’t even hear. Upon turning around, I realized I had my window open and that the sound he was hearing were the sounds of an ambulance or a truck going off somewhere in the streets, all of which were sounds that I could not detect because of the wonderful active noise cancel feature. It feels like a bubble in my own head that filters out all sound from the outside world while trapping in the sound you let within. I highly highly highly recommend buying this. It’ll be worth the purchase and comes with an 18-month manufacturer’s warranty if you follow the instructions on the card they deliver with the headphones.

I bought E8 from their website directly (order no 1784, 5-10-2018) and below are the reason I regret my purchase: 1) Sound is just below average 2) There is pain in my ears when I turn on the sound cancellation feature 3) Most important-- non existence customer support, Only with 4 months of low usage the left cup become free, Since them I am contacting Cowin customer support but received no reply from them. I wish I had purchased some other brand.

We have no way to know what a random synth patch, or an electric guitar or bass fed through who-knows-what distortion and pedals, is supposed to sound like, but we do know what an acoustic guitar or piano or bass sounds like. Maybe an organ pedal note like in Dead Can Dance's "Host of the Seraphim" to exercise the serious bass.
I bought the E8's and they sound pretty darn good! They are selling them on Amazon under the brand name Qisebin E8 for $31.00 but they send the Cowins! What a deal!
So the E8 sound worse than the E7 but the E8 have better noise cancelling provided the fit is exact. Both get hot on the ears using them for extended periods. These are budget bluetooth noise cancelling at a fraction of the cost of Bose or Sony. You get what you pay for...I'll stick with my Bose 35s which are the best at comfort , noise cancelling, and sound of all competing models.
I play electric guitar guys. Is the e8 set compatible to be used with guitar amp or not?. If not, is there any amplifier adapter on the market for these model of headphones?
