They're fantastic headphones. I use them for DJing and music production. I was not expecting them to be this good, but I'm going on 3-4 years with these headphones and they've been through some shit. Tossed in gig bags, knocked off DJ booths, fallen off my head while gyrating wildly and ended up on the dancefloor and kicked around before someone threw them back into the booth for me... And they still look and sound brand new. The ONLY complaint I have is that because they're a little on the powerful end, even when *wired* they need to be powered on, which means that once the battery no longer holds a charge, I will need to have two wires coming out of it to use them as wired-only headphones because (afaik) the 3.5mm Jack does not provide power when they're plugged into an amp with a dead battery. If I could change one thing about them, it would be that I would love to use them as wired headphones when the battery is dead. If I forget to charge them before a gig, I'm stuck using my backup headphones (Skullcandy Cassette) which aren't as good.
Dude, not everyone has fingerprints anymore. Some of my fingers do and some don't because I work with my hands a ton. But yeah I understand what you mean. Weird choice of words
I was also curious about the microphone quality? I was also interested in giving them to my sister as a gift. She also needs to used the headphone/microphone for speaking to clients at work.
@@shahrukhal1642 They are still kickin and in one piece. I've been using them for teams meetings mostly. I keep them in the bag when not in use. I'd recommend them. Not the highest end, but not at all the lowest.
@@yinkodahma there's people keep saying they break easily these people gotta just be AGRESSIVLY SNATCHING at them when they turn them or sit them down.
I just purchased a pair from Corwin’s website. I have misophonia due to PTSD and I need the ANC mode. I’m also hard on headphones, since they’re on me about 18 hours of any given day. Your review helped me decide! Also I had a pair of Sony headphones last year and they broke incredibly fast. Right now I have Raycons over-ear headphones and they’re fine, been using them heavily since I got them a year ago, but the ear cups just look ratty so it was time for a replacement. Thanks again!
I love these headphones. They have great full-robust sounds. I was at One Life jamming in the hot tub & they fell off into the water (SPLOOSH!). Never did the dry out rice or decadent packet thing. I found a replacement pair on eBay for $18. 3 months later I pulled the wet one's back out & charged them. Surprisingly they accepted the charge but was only getting10%. Expired the charge & was able to recharge them to 100%. They are holding the charges well & playing great sound as they were 5 yrs ago. Now I have 2 good sets.
I have a pair that's going on 5 years old, and although one side broke off after a drop 4 years after I got them I was able to zip tie it back thogether and to this day I still use them
Do you mean can they be used wired without turning them on? If so, no. They work flawless wired but you have to fire them up before which I find very annoying and hard to understand. I have other BT headphones and they don't need to have their amp turned on before being plugged.
@@ConsumerTechReview Please see my answer below. That's the "problem" I encountered with these Cowin. Don't work wired without being turned on first. Ten there goes the battery life.
just got set for steal of price..hopin i can finally hear my tunes while mowing grass, which i haven't tried yet, but the sound quality is very impressive.
Build quality is extremely important to me and a lot of other consumers. If build quality wasn't as issue everyone would use skullcandy. But I do agree that sound is far more important
@@ConsumerTechReview I would normally use the headphone jack since I only use them on my PC, but will using the jack improve the quality of the headphones overall?
@@shahrukhal1642 actually not yet I have had then over a year and they still sound as good as they did when they were fresh out the box and on top of it they are so comfortable
I’ve had mine for 2 years now the only problem is the noise cancelling wore out on them the audio still sounds good though I upgraded to the Bose 700 Headphones recently those headphones are amazing the noise cancelling on them is the best but for budget headphones Cowin’s overall do have good noise cancellation.

I have this same pair of headphones and I can already hear more detail in songs that I had never noticed before, the sound is very crystal clear too
This video should be higher on YT. Really good. Thanks 😊

Quick question how do I enable the microphone
Would you consider this an acceptable budget option for audio engineering?
Just bought these from Amazon. Thanks for the review 👊🏻

I charged mine and followed the instructions, but I still can't listen to music via the cord, it only does bluetooth. I'm disappointed.
Great review! 👌
Thanks for the review!!
Thank you so much
Oh yeah I quick question : How do activate noise canceling mode?
@@ConsumerTechReview Is it possible to deactivate it?
The switch lets you choose between Bluetooth, and Noise Cancelling. You'll see it once you get it

How do i turn on the microphone
What about that cowin E7 is it better from Mpow H17 and JBL 510bt?
I bought one, but mine doesn’t have a noise canceling button, can someone explain how to activate it please?

I think the headphones are a bit to heavy and sound quality isn't the best. But very stylish
Where is the mic?
The Bluetooth setting died on mine after a year and 7 months.
