    Thanks for your informative video. Is it correct that some aluminum alloys will anneal with heating and quenching like 3003, while others will anneal after heating only, and quenching these alloys will actually temper them?

    Dumb question: Would this be a good method for bending/shaping aluminum T-edging?

      If I understand your question I would use a flanging tool.

      Yes. I haven’t yet annealed it but I omitted classifying it as an alloy you can anneal. Thanks for the observation.

      I am making a fill body motor cycle. I dont know how to gas weld, and I cant decide between 3003 - 5052 ? Help.

      @@dragonflyfab9703 I tend to stick with what I have experience in. Unless for some reason I can't get 3003, I would try 5 series on a limited basis. Because I work with both 3 series and 1100 on a regular basis, I know how they behave...I also use 1100 rod which is a large part of how the seams look if you polish. nothing worse than a discolored line on your parts...
