I love Peggy's father saying "THIS time, it's loaded" and Al's horrified reaction at realizing that it wasn't the first time, which means he didn't have to marry Peg in the first place! 😄
The Simpson did a spoof about the audience laughter from Fox. It was a Townhall meeting with a mayoral debate and Larry King was the moderator. He told the audience just because the debate is being filmed by Fox, there was to be no hollering. Of the audience began hooting and hollering. Very very funny.
2:35 I love Peggy's dad! lmao The great Tim Conway! Carol Burnett's cast was wonderful... Tim also played the Justice of Peace that marries Paul and Jamie at midnight in "Mad About You", his comedic delivery is one of a kind.
4:12 MWC was always great with the unsaid jokes and this scene is no exception. After June was knocked out by Peggy in the previous scene she's out cold over the groomsmen on the couch. It's really the little things that add so much.
Best series of the 80s & 90s from over the pond, I will eventually open my complete box set that I bought last year to watch this & the episode were aliens keep taking Al's socks to...... Whoooops spoilers. 😆😉
This is the same actress who played Peggy's former high school rival in the episode "Alley of the dolls." What a difference 9 years make! She had a vibe here that was missing in that earlier episode! Love the shotgun remarriage scene too! RIP to both Gary Coleman & Tim Conway.
There were some actors/ actresses, that portrayed more than one character in the MWC universe. Just not sure of all of them, but some that come from the top of my head are: Deborah Harmon Joey Lauren Adams King Kong Bundy Ted McGinley Amanda Bearse Katey Sagal
"for the 37th time, Bundy. Do you to take this woman to be your wifee!?" - Watch you talking about Willis? "For the 37th, 8th and 9th times...No, No...Noo" -Al Bundy
2:03 Such a missed opportunity, when Gary Coleman says, "Who is this woman" and Bundy says, "She's my wife," Coleman should have said, "What'cha you talkin bout Bundy"
"Only this time the gun is loaded and so am I".... priceless
Shotgun wedding! Just like old times! Was the best part!🤣🤣🤣
"But this time it's loaded!" If only Al had known that the shotgun wasn't loaded, during the real wedding..

This show has aged SO WELL!
Only because people have literally gotten stupider
Having Gary Coleman and Tim Conway both on the show made it better!

R.I.P. Gary Coleman and Tim Conway
You'll never see sitcoms like this no more. Lol
I know. Miss the Bundy’s.
This sitcom would be canceled soooo fast if it was to come out today.
The glory days...
You mean a sitcom that is actually funny?
Dumb reality shows now just like the Kardasians
Deep down, Al loves Peggy. They’re soulmates.
True true true
With every bullet so far.
Deep Down you love AL! He's your soulmate!😁😃
Actually it's the other way around. Deep down peggy loves al even though usually she acts like she doesn't.
Put up with so much crap over the years they where made for each other.
"But only this time, the gun is loaded"...lol
And so is he.. kwwaaahhhhh!
AND SO AM I!
You can't make me say it. Say what? I DO. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
*"We're gathered here today to join this...couple* " 😂😂😂 love the delivery of that line
I liked Peg's look in these later seasons.
I love the hair and outfit Peggy’s wearing it looks nice on her pretty . That green is beautiful pop of color!
"Hurry up with the ring, boy!"
This time the gun is loaded and so am I🤣🤣😅😭🤣
Jefferson really does take after Marcy 😄
Greatest sitcom ever
Tim Conway was a comedic legend.
Who?
What’s a Tim Conway?
Are you people serious? Look him on RUclips
Eww, noo. The correct answer is about 120lbs..
Simpsons did it..
He was loaded lol
2:35 I love Peggy's dad! lmao

And he "can fix a boat". lol
imagine Eunice showing up with conway on Mwc
I wonder if Tim was allowed to ad-lib on this show.
Tim Conway always had Harvey Korman holding back his laughter.
I want my 1st wedding to be like this LOL
I remember this one got me all choked up while laughing. I miss these shows.
Peg was so slick there🤣😂

"Get over it, we were 12." Hey, I'm over 60, and I can tell you that love can be deep at that age. Time doesn't change that.
umm .. that was NOT love that was deep ... it was sumpun else
Gary Coleman.. I tell ya, this show had it all... 👍
His second appearance on the show.

Gary Colman's wife may or may not have pushed him down a flight of stairs where he was found dead. I'd say he went through hard times.

She wasn't drunk. Peggy knocked her out. Watch the video.
Dang, I didn't even notice that.
RIP Gary Coleman & Tim Conway!
“What’s a toilet seat?” hahaha 🤣😂🤣
Even at its later seasons MWC was still funnier than any sitcom ever!
It became over the top cartoonish..but I loved it
@@fatfreddyscat5767 that's what people liked about it.
The London trip wasn't great. And Kelly getting married.
I think what helped it in seasons 9 and 10 were the recurring characters.
The show was at its best in later years with the No Ma'am adventures.

How could Peggy be from Wanker County yet also go to high school in Chicago with Al? That was definitely a plot hole.

One of the best Married with Children episode, this episode Griff aka the Chicago cannibal was sentenced to death row of practical joke 🤦🏽♂️🤣

The late greats Gary Coleman and Tim Conway!

I think at this point he no longer wanted to say that catchphrase on TV.
He already said it in the episode How Green Was My Apple
Al always resembles misey, with a larger than average dose of contempt - hilarious !! :D

I never saw this episode but Gary Coleman was pretty funny when he appeared on the show.
No. Not really. He lost his funny when diff'rent strokes ended
Didn't you catch this in 1996 when it first aired?
Dad's got ya covered!
What episode is this????
Absolute hilarious.
I knew it (had to verify via IMDb) - Peggy’s father here was played by the one and only legendary Tim Conway of The Carol Burnett Show!
I missed this episode !
Peg is 100x better ! love her!!
I never noticed that lady was still knocked out, when they said their vows.

At the end of Married with Children since Kelly Bundy was expected, it should be called Married with Grandchildren.
I don't get why Jefferson said, "This is my joke," then opens the door and we see Peggy. Does that mean he called her and told her about this?
Probably
Yep
In the episode, Peggy called ahead of time to say she was coming and to warn Al about his "next bride," hence the answering machine problem.
