Universal consistently create such well designed retail spaces - love this! And the preview model is stunning, with the AR feature giving it that extra touch of magic!
I want to meet the absolutely talented team who made that incredible scale model. Without a doubt the best I've ever seen
That scale model is incredible and so detailed. I am sad the rest of the "preview center" is just a gift shop. Wish it felt like more like the preview center they did for Islands of Adventure. That one was SO cool!
It's kind of less of a preview center and more of a themed store like you would find in the Orlando airport. I love all the theme park related stores in the airport, but I thought this would be more of an exhibit of concept art, models, descriptions of the attractions, and new hotel, with SOME merch available.
Looks amazing
Very cool
I definitely want an upgrade to the Epic Universe preview center with its many awesome interactive rooms, massive miniature model of the theme park, replicas of the ride vehicles, and plenty of gift shop rooms for the merchandise!
NOPE. SORRY. LIMITED SPACE
@@Hachacha08 COME ON!
Wow this is amazing so cool!!
This is SPECTACULAR!
I gotta check it out!
Is there much in the way of 1920s Paris vibe merch?
Do you think the merch range will be extended by October (when we’ll be there)?
Did somebody say Mario Kart?
Yes.
😮
When is going to be open for everyone?
It’s now open.
It wasn't open to everyone when we left the park at 7pm today
Compared to the IOA preview center from when I was a kid, this is a serious disappointment.
This is a downgrade compared to the old Islands of Adventure preview center back in 1997. If anybody remembers that, it had interactive rooms with preview videos, scale models and concept art. This is just a gift store.

I thought the same at first. But upon seeing how well the augmented reality app works with the model. It seems to give about the same experience to me. Instead of walking thru little themed rooms, you just use your phone with the model to “explore” the park. It makes sense that they would do something like that with the more limited space they have in this building. And the AR seems to work VERY well. So i’d say its just about on par with the last preview center by the looks of it
@@carminecdinoproductionsNOPE SORRY, LIMITED SPACE.
@@damon991 Yep. Even with limited space provided, I definitely agree with you.
@@Hachacha08 Dang it.
