    And what about inline skating. I mean - to switch from ice to inline in summer (like Bart Swings, Erin Jackson and so on)?

    Hello Jeff, love your channel and tips. I understand that being in the middle is death but are you saying that dryland training should no longer include slide board use at all? What dryland exercises are best for someone who doesn't skate in the summer months? I'm specifically looking for routine that helps the skater move mass away from the skate in every stride. Thanks.

      d3 thank you for the comments! Here's a great drill that helps with timing. Try doing it as well with a complete stop for stability, and also, more explosive and bigger as you get more balance.
