We will see more of this bystander’s apathy when someone needs help because of what happened in the Daniel Penny case. They used to criminalize people who didn’t help others out in emergency situations and now they criminalize good Samaritans for protecting others. People who have needed emergency CPR that have had fractured sternums and ribs and still died then the families sue the persons who tried to save those people’s lives. Diddy is not starving. I ate only commissary for 6 yrs.. They have a max limit you can spend, so you give someone that doesn't shop a few dollars and put money on their books.
