The old Drawers over doors style cabinets rears it's head again as something this home needs and should have.
It's cute for a single wide. I do like the coffee bar just outside the master bedroom. For a single person this would be nice . 😊
Very nice single wide. I would live in this. Nice living room, dining area, and kitchen. I like the colors on the cabinets and countertops. Nice sized master closet for a single wide. I liked that they fit a pretty tub in the master bathroom. The only flaw is the water heater in the guest bedroom closet.
My favorite color of the cabinets. Very nice single wide. Thank you for the tour.
😊impressive Nate, in every aspect for a single wide home. Thanks for the view 😊.
Like the free standing tub
This is an impressive single. Very cute
I like that the closet is in the primary and not in the bathroom.
Nice home, I like secondary bedrooms are close to same size. In guest bath, I would extend vanity. Price makes it affordable.
Thanks Nate! Great floor plan!
I really like this one. I have been watching a lot of tiny homes lately, so this doesn't feel cramped. I have also been contemplating getting a single wide instead of a double and simply building a nice master out from that generally tiny front bedroom. So then I would use the front room for an office that goes into a master that opens up to a deck. Then my brother can have the original master and we have a guest suite for company. Just not sure if I can do it for less than the price of a larger home, but it's worth looking into.
I would think after looking at these and in person you could find a double wide for same or less then trying to do a custom conversion as you described. You have to factor in the move and set up costs as well and that includes skirting or foundation. I looked at a local beautiful double wide Clayton home that would need a foundation to put it on and the dealer said the cost for moving and set up would be $40k in addition to the Homes cost, this doesn't include the property or utilities being brought in to the property. For a local Park space a single wide move and set up with skirting a minimum of $10k plus cost of home and this is for Pier set up.
That's really nice 😊
It was nice but I would have to make a lot of changes and I would start with the floor. I think that a nice floor can change the home hold appearance. Have a Bless Day.
Love your videos. I wouldn’t buy a mobile home but some of these home are so beautiful. You should come to regional homes in lumberton nc. Some of the most beautiful homes I’ve ever seen.
I'll try, I was at regional homes in Mississippi when I was in Biloxi.
Hello Raydon
The inside is nice. Now, if they could give the outside more curb appeal it would really be nice.
I like a single wide. Good for me to retire in.
Nate I've seen plenty of single wide but I haven't seen much of the bigger single wides 16-22 x 76, any chance you might find them?
18 wide is a big as you can get in the US. And only in select states. Most are 16 wide
Get rid of the cheap looking open box at the front entrance and replace it with something of use i.e. a full cabinet for linens just move the thermostat to another wall location. This home has no storage and the linen cabinet would be a much more useful thing than a ugly cheap open box.
