Wow! As I watched, I was thinking how can we start seeing the cutting and servings of these creations. Then you did it right here! So, I want to eagerly suggest that every future video wait to be published until your event occurs and the food can be served and seen. Oh, as for your doctor, Im so glad for your wonderful health and it shows! This dessert is one of my husband's favorites but he likes it with pistachio pudding. It's so versatile!! I've had with butterscotch, too. Chocolate is my favorite!! Love watching you, MeMe.

We grew up calling this Pudding Dessert, we weren't terribly creative --- i love it with half chocolate on one half and butterscotch on the other half and a nice blend down the middle.

My mom made that but she made a shortbread crust with pecans
I was thinking the same thing. Looks like everything else is the same as my mama used. Just crushed pecans (or walnuts?) with the flour and butter mixture. Sometimes she would change up the pudding mix using pistachio or butterscotch or lemon. Always delicious!
That sounds delicious! My mom made this but she used an Oreo crust instead of the shortbread.

I have made this for years. One of my favorites. We always added pecans to our flour mixture then baked it. So good.
I learned to make Chocolate Delight in 8th grade Home Ec in the 1980's, and I still make it every Christmas. My crust has chopped nuts with the flour and butter, but otherwise the same as yours. Love it so much.
This is a delightful and delicious recipe! I’ve seen it as Lemon Lush, too. But the crust was made with crushed cookies and butter and then baked for just a few minutes. I’ve also seen it with crushed chocolate cookies and butter for the chocolate version. Anyway you make it, it going to be a hit!
You really are blessed with good health! My hubby is 76 and has been through bypass surgery twice and I’ve been through a craniotomy for a brain tumor. But the Lord has been so good to us! We’re still kicking and David works part time the same as you! We certainly praise Him for His everlasting goodness to us!

Looks delicious! We make something similar in my family with a pecan crust and Hershey bar shavings decorating the top.

My aunt used to make this and called it Mudslide Pie. She did sprinkle some pecans on top. She never put sugar in the pudding. We loved it and still have her recipe.

I love this dessert!!! My Mom used to make it aal the time!!! She used a pie tin but always had to make 2 or 3 because it was so delicious that 1 was not enough! 😆 When I was about 22 and pregnant my Mom finally started making this dessert in a 12" × 18" pan! 😆 😂 It's been several years since she or I have made it but I'm so ready to eat some! We sometimes add pecans to the crust but I know yall can't have pecans.i have made this recipe 100s of times. It works well with any kind of pudding, we love butterscotch. So good.

Looks so good Meme! I dream of coming to your house for Sunday Lunch! I see all that delicious food and it about starves me to death! Happy for your good health! I always had good health myself until all at once, I had a clot hit my heart and caused a heart attack! When I woke up 4 hrs later after having 2 stents placed, I had complete Severe Head to Toe Neuropathy! Now, I struggle to even hold a fork! I can't cook all the good country meals I was raised on and cooked my entire life here in N Ga mtns! I get so hungry for good Home Cooking! I always cooked like you do. One thing's for sure, I Can Dream! God Bless You and Your Family! I Live and Serve my Jesus... I can't help but Smile for Him! 😁😁🙏🙏❤❤👏👏👏

I use chopped walnuts in my crust. This is probably my family's favorite dessert!
