I was lucky enough to watch a major turnaround in Saiki's personality. She was aloof and sullen mostly in the early interviews. My feeling was she had an emotional block about people in general. Then, I went to see them in Paris, in Le Trabendo. I kept a close watch on Saiki, because it's hard not to. In the middle of the show she turned to the audience and said she wanted to share something. To my amazement she said "I LOVE YOU" to us. With great emphasis. I was much touched by this, felt that this was a very healing moment for her. A brave woman, to face her fears like this. Since then I got the feeling she is much more relaxed and having a sense of humour about the whole thing of being a public figure. I do admire her and learned from that magic moment. Thank you, Saiki.
You're going to really enjoy seeing them in such a small club, absolutely! The first thing that Miku will say to you from the stage will be "welcome home" as they welcome you home to some of the best rock music ever made.
A kyuuji is a serving (at dinner). Okyuji's what are BAND-MAID calls their concerts. The O in o-kyuji is an honorifc prefix used to exalt the serving of music for the masters and princesses. The presenter mispronounces it by saying kuji which has several other meanings in Japanese.
