    Quick easy and to the point!!! Thank you. Most videos I watched didn't even show all the items I would need for the project! I'm glad I found yours!

    The cup idea is so great, i will definetly start to do this just to see how many thread trims i can make in a day hahaha!
    Just a thing about hooping thick fabrics, you can do flutuation with the fabric (like the topping) but you need to baste it (a run stitch with 10mm lenght to hold the fabric in place) make the life easier in some cenarios, thick fabrics like a lot to pop up the hood hahahaha
    Loved the video!

      That’s a good idea actually, didn’t think about floating the towel. In this case I was sure it’d be possible but next time I’ll do it that way :)
      Share it on discord because I’m curious now lol

    When doing thick fabrics or towels try floating or get a magnetic hoop.

    • @conishkee
      @conishkee 8 месяцев назад

      Please let me know what you meant by "floating".

    • @monicajackson7266
      @monicajackson7266 8 месяцев назад +1

      @@conishkee Floating is when you hoop the stabilizer and not the actual fabric. You would use either spray adhesive or pins to stabilize your fabric on top. I now prefer to us my magnetic hoops which is essentially floating. I got my hoops on Amazon. Range price $30 to $80 depending on the size you get. Good Sewing to you!!

    Wow, your towel turned out so cool. Love it, but yes, I would choose a lighter color when working with a darker towel, but you're a guy, so I get it. Thanks for sharing the technique! 🙂

      Honestly you’re right and at the time of making this the contrast between the two colours seemed a bit more obvious. We live and learn though, thanks for your comment!

    Hoop the towel, it will prevent hoop burn.

    I keep ending up with gaps in most of my designs. Can you please tell me how to fix it

    • @bayarmadethis
      @bayarmadethis  Год назад +1

      Hey man, this is definitely something easy to fix. The difficult part is identifying what exactly causes it, it might be one of the following reasons:
      1. Your digitized files aren’t optimal and it causes gaps.
      2. You didn’t hoop your garment properly
      3. You don’t have the right type of stabilizer for what you’re trying to embroider
      If you join the discord, either me or someone else will help you identify the issue! Good luck
