I can not remember specifically what tools were used in this example but you can use pretty much any end mill for the clearance passes and either ball nose of tapered ball nose for the finishing passes. Hope this helps.
@darrenroberts7545 draw a cross section of your profile, import it as a bitmap image and then draw the lines to follow. From there you can scale the vector. Hope this helps
