Omg!! John Schlitt has never lost his flare!! The man is so animated and lively! Full of happiness and pride in every performance he’s done! Easily one of the best Christian Rock vocalists!! There will never be another like him!! He’s one of a kind! Also I just wanna point out that Bob Hartman still has that awesome bobbing thing he does while playing his guitar! That’s consistency right there! I’ve seen him do that in nearly every music they’ve made!
I was watching a live recording of "Detroit Rock City" from the Kiss 2017 world tour, then I came over here and to watch some vid of the most recent Petra concert. I'm sorry to say that Stanley's voice has just about had it. But John Schlitt's voice is still going strong, which is awesome!
John still sounds incredible! And Greg Bailey needs credit as the guy has been playing with Petra for 15 years now! I think Greg is now the 4th longest member (Bob, Louie, John).

John's vocals were ( I want to say kick ass, but don't want to offend :p ) spot on....was truly impressed......though I liked the other Petra singers through the bands history, his vocal was/is my favorite

The poster of this video recorded it on a cell phone between the two PA stacks and close to the stage. The system was killer. Crisp. Clear. Punchy. All EAW and the sound was stellar. I know. I opened for them and heard their set. Had the guy recording this stood back away from the stage, you'd have heard a different mix.

The drummer leaves much to be desired. He tries too hard. Sometimes less is more.
Loved Schlitt, but only Vloz can do Volz songs. Schlitt just makes it sound like a live cover.
