Your tutorials are great. But just for feedback I would say Kindly arrange the things in order or in a separate file. As your code is completely messed up. So the person who is new in PHP or a beginner watching your video, then he/she might get confused.

Her issue because of wrong SQL query. Print your sql query and run over phpmyadmin, you will get your error
