Well I've been growing old with them since 2014 now it doesn't sound new to me as it's been 7-8 years now that I've listened to their music and watched their lives.. So yes if you call 7 years new I get it but to me they are not if you see what I mean 🙂

I'm also a singer, and see at least four live concerts a month, thus I'm pretty qualified to judge a singer's ability. Based on what she did at this live performance, I'd say she is decent, but in no way "fucking incredible."

I wake up every Friday wishing there was a new album waiting for me. Until then Blue Weekend gets heavy rotation. I jump on my e-bike and put AirPods in and I’m teleported to a different place.

This is the best recording/performance of that song. Great addition of choirs, and also the strings which finally fixes that break in the second half of the song!
Their star is rising, as it should! Great song, Ellie is fearless! I found this band by accident and never looked back. FREAZY should have been all over the radio here in the States but, sadly, it wasn`t.
I would agree because of the choir EXCEPT the first section with just the piano and Ellie's voice was missing the synth sound that Joff usually does on his guitar. The album version has that and it just makes that first section even more beautiful.
I can’t wait to see you perform at Terminal 5 in September. I listened to Blue Weekend and was mesmerized. this band has easily become one of my favorites. extravagant performance from beginning to end

It's a shame that radio doesn't promote rock anymore because it's a genre that can deliver so much range and instead of promoting talented artists like Wolf Alice it's become emotionless and so manufactured you don't even know if the artist actually made the song or played any part of it. My favorite bands are ones that can play multiple genres. Play The Greatest Hits followed by The Last Man On Earth is just an incredible example of why this band is a blessing to music lovers. Please never stop making music Wolf Alice, you're essential to rock.

An incredible band --- stunning close up on Ellie at the end of this number too. Loved the choir & violins!
They have been my favorite band since the beginning. Never in a box, always creating unique one-of-a-kind songs.
