Hi I have one of these as a project I got cheap, 11/32 though. I've never really looked into mowers so looking for a little more information of where to start with my issues. First off I dont have neutral or reverse, it's stuck in forward. Secondly it doesn't go past 2nd gear, the stick will go to 7th however the mechanism underneath doesn't release past 2nd so 3-7th is free floating lever. Runs well enough and previous owner attempted a rebuild on carby and I'd say it needs fine tuning as puffs a little black when you rev it. All in all a solid project just don't know where to start for these issues the major issues, I'm suspecting the pulleys are stuck or the belts are too loose I havent had a good look yet figured I'll do some brief research first. Thanks.

Great videos! Do you have a battery preference for your lawn tractors? I am working on a MTD 12HP and the battery is missing.
I've been using the Walmart specials but ya gotta keep these charged!!
Also as I often mention in other vids and recent live shows; I've been using the Gel cell AGM type for a couple of years now and I like them. No special brand yet. Just had an offer from a company that makes Li-0n batteries. These are more expensive but they have power to spare and last!
