    Another great knife. Always impressive to see it whittle a piece of mild steel and not damage the edge. Just like the videos where you cut through a piece of mild steel or brass with the same result. Great combination of heat treatment and edge geometry. It is also great at whittling and carving wood, and other bush craft tasks. Very, very versatile, with only a single, fixed blade. More useful than a Swiss Army Knife. Still amazed at how much I had forgotten from watching these videos the first time round.

      @@darylbrenton4839 Thanks! I’m so glad they achieve this sort of functionality, I owe a ton to Dr, Larrin book about heat treating. You’re right about the versatility. Just today I had a guy over helping me with my basement and with the little knife I’d made him years ago, he pried out light fixtures and unscrewed outlet covers. haha I don’t even think he cuts anything with it anymore!
