- YH is stoked to go behind the scenes of Disney Channel's "That's So Raven" spinoff, "Raven's Home", to catch up with the cast and get a peek of the new set! We get to know the new blood of the show, Sky Katz, Navia Ziraili Robinson, Issac Ryan Brown, and Jason Mayburn, plus we also sit down with returning stars Raven-Symoné and Anneliese van der Pol, who reveal their reactions to returning to their old stomping grounds and how this version differs from the original (spoiler: not that much!).

Same. The original show was really funny. I'm skeptical about this new writing team...The clips I have seen so far seem really meh. Girl Meets World had zero humor.

Girl Meets World had the same writers from Boy Meets World and it still sucked. Hopefully these new writers will do a good job
pcsout but think about it the kind of comedy that flowed during boy meets world era doesn't really flow now, but that's so ravens comedy and storylines are still funny and relatable now
pcsout I agree. I never really got into girl meets world at all. It wasn't all that great. But, I know that Raven will be better.
Olivia Proehl I only watched girl meets world when I knew that some of the original cast members were going to be on. like when Eric came back to run for Senate was probably the best episode because they brought back tommy! the feels were so real! I get a better feeling about raven's home though. the clips I have seen so far seem very much in sync with the original material and I have laughed quite a few times at the jokes. with GMW I knew from the jump I was just in it for the original cast and nothing else, with Raven it's a mixture of original cast and getting the boy perspective of being psychic and the kids seem like good actors and not one dimensional. I will give them a shot
I love how the old makeup artists and camera crew came back in support of this spin off. That's wassup. And everyone looks flawless

Cj Hamilton No I completely get it. I'm hoping it's not too immature. One of the biggest problems with GMW was that it stayed away from real topics and focused on dumb relationship drama. If this show avoids that and incorporates good plots for Raven and Chelsea I think it'll work

Cj Hamilton yeah it would be nice if they keep to older that's so Raven theme, like they don't have to keep it all the way the same but some elements sure be included in the spin-off that was a big deal in the OG show like when Raven dressed up as different people when the situation needed it , and the fact that some episodes where real deal issue.

For those who don't know, the creators of this show are Jed Elinoff & Scott Thomas. They're previous credits for the Disney networks are the creators of "Best Friends Whenever" and "Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja" Some of their other credits include some Scooby-Doo Direct to DVD movies and a few episodes of Scooby-Doo: Mystery Incorporated. Also had a few Haunting Hour episodes. They also wrote the Flintstones & WWE DVD movie and the Jetsons & WWE DVD movie.
I miss the good old days with shows like that's soo raven we had a great childhood who agrees?
We all just want That's So Raven to comeback. These kids are probably talented and all, but Raven and Anneliese are all we care about.

I loved That's so Raven. But I can she is not not exactly saying what's different. There's more to the question of "What's different" than she can say...but I think this is a hit show, because of Raven's deep connection to the show. I will definitely tune in.
