  • White Sauce Pasta Recipe | Homemade Creamy & Cheesy Pasta
    Hey everyone! Today I’m sharing my recipe for a delicious, creamy white sauce pasta! This is my go-to way of making it with all my favorite veggies, and I’ve added a few twists to make it super flavorful. This recipe is easy, quick, and perfect for any pasta lover!
    Ingredients:
    For the Vegetables:
    • 1 tbsp Amul Butter
    • 1 Green Chilli (chopped)
    • 1 Tomato
    • 2/3 Capsicum
    • 50g Blanched Broccoli
    • 30g Boiled Sweet Corn
    For the White Sauce:
    • 1 tbsp Amul Butter
    • 1 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour
    • 270ml Milk
    • 30g Cheese
    • Oregano (to taste)
    • Chilli Flakes (to taste)
    • Black Pepper (to taste)
    • Parsley (for garnish)
    Recipe Steps:
    1. Sautéing the Vegetables: Start by melting 1 tbsp of butter in a pan. Add green chilli, tomato, capsicum, blanched broccoli, and boiled sweet corn. Sauté until they’re cooked but still crunchy for that perfect bite!
    2. Making the White Sauce: In a separate pan, melt another 1 tbsp of butter and add 1 tbsp of whole wheat flour. Stir continuously for about a minute until it’s smooth and fragrant. Slowly pour in the milk, stirring to prevent lumps. Once the sauce thickens, add cheese and stir until melted.
    3. Adding Flavor: Season the sauce with oregano, chilli flakes, black pepper, and a sprinkle of parsley.
    4. Bringing it All Together: Add the sautéed vegetables to the sauce and mix well. Finally, toss in your pasta of choice until it’s fully coated in the creamy, cheesy goodness.
