Sorry, but this is hardly making alcohol without yeast. You are using yeast, just the versions naturally available on the skins of fruits. All fruit has naturally occurring yeast on the skins, so it doesn't matter what type of fruit you use, you will get a similar result. In fact almost all commercial wine production relies on the yeasts on the grape skins, so the vast majority of all wine would qualify as being made "without yeast" in the same way: The only difference being that fresh grapes are used, and of course wine is normally made on a substantially larger scale than shown here.

I think when yeast is referenced, he means packages of store-bought yeast, not completely removing yeast from the equation.

So theoretically you could make with apples with it's natural yeast as well? Apples is what I want to make some with but I'm not sure.

@@Calico_Chip Yes - in fact that's how most cider is made, at least those which use traditional methods. The yeasts naturally present on apple skins get released into the juice when the apples are diced and then pressed, and this takes care of the fermentation.
Most of the modern engineered yeasts are made for the purpose of surviving higher alcohol concentrations than naturally existing varieties, with some of the "turbo yeasts" able to survive in up to 20% alcohol by volume. Most naturally existing varieties die somewhere between 10 and 12%, which is why most wines have that same range of alcohol content.
Cider doesn't usually go that high - about 5% is typical, though there are some traditional ciders which go somewhere between 7 and 10%. Those are the ones to watch out for though, because they have the peculiar effect of getting you drunk "from the feet up". They look and taste just like apple juice and are just as easily drinkable, so you can sit down and drink a few pints and only feel it when you stand up, upon which a common reaction is to stumble and fall over.

You did use yeast. Just because it’s wild doesn’t mean it’s not yeast.
