Hello again everyone!
Back in the remote communities that really deserve our attention 🙂
There is something really fulfilling about going to places like this!
That’s because of former President Rody Duterte a lot of NPA’s surrender…
You sir do have a meaningful content, just like a Wiseman with good intentions and sincerity. This is the vlog that others vloggers envy...
lol. mangayu sila ug semelya kumander no strings attached daw hahaha.
grabe katan-awan sa imong trip diha kumander. daghan kaayug chicks. 10 hectare per bata na mabuhat hahaha. mahimo man sab kag haciendero in 9 months ana.
anyway, you've done a really good job on this one. 👍👍👍
Kataw anan man cummunity bisan struggle kay lipay japon paliwat daw sila puti kumander 🤭🤭🤭🤭
My father was once a proud jeepney Driver in that area back in the 80s. He used to travel that roads from panabo, tagum ,kapalong down to laak ferrying people ,goods, livestocks, farm produce , construction materials and many more. But yeah, insurgency during those years, aside from very poor road conditions, was so bad that he himself and his buddy were forced to flee because they were suspected as military informants. Glad to see that place slowly recovering and prospering.. Salamat for these Beautiful content Daot!🥰
Amping ka pirmi!👍
KD, I sensed from your videos a few months ago that you were searching for your purpose and path ahead. But more recently, whether you realize it or not, I think your internal, moral compass has started to point to your intended path. Highlighting the wonderful, determined spirit of the Filipino people, while also shining a spotlight on the hard lives many live. For example, as this video shows, something as simple as a decent road can bring an incredible improvement to the lives of the people in this village. However, you balance the serious material with an entertaining, positive delivery. I salute you, my friend.
Thanks for bringing us to these locations, these people should not be forgotten. You are a special person for going to these locations and making people aware of their needs. Thanks.
Thanks!! You deserve this, KD! Going into a very dangerous place! Yuletide Greetings! Thank u for understanding the Philippines!
Oh wow thank you so so much! That's so generous! Have a great Christmas and all the best!
Blessings to you KD💜💚💙
What a great mission to reach and show remote places that haven't been aired in the mainstream media. The community that needs the help and attention of our government. Kudos KD!🤙
this is what makes kumander different from any other vlogger when he shows us communities like these which even us filipinos don't get to see often
Thank you so much Kumander .for showing this community. Hopefully theyll get all the help they need from the Government. 💪🏼
The 🇵🇭 Government doesnt care for the peoole, they're puppets of the US foreign interests, no matter who the president is.
I saw kumander daot in Cebu airport. He was actually such an approachable person. I wanted to take a photo with him as a souvenir but I felt shy. 😅 Therefore, I just said hello and told him I'm one of his subscribers.
Don't be shy! Hehe nice to meet you!
@@KumanderDaot nice to meet you too Sir. 🤗
My husband is white too Sir but he is from Denmark and I'm going back there soon. Really nice to see you po. Wish to see Bret and Kulas too in the future. God bless po and more blessings to you.🙏🏼
"to show people exist" perfect description. because those people tend to forget
Datu Pindoy's wife is hysterical! It's a good thing you love Nhel as you do, otherwise, you could get into a lot of trouble. 7:40 😜
It is so good to see the Rainforest Challenge barkada doing this kind of mission. It just shows that what they do is not just for pleasure, but has a real practical and vital use. Salamat kaayo to all of them! And thanks to you, KD, for recording it for others to see and not glorifying the lifestyle of these people, but showing it for what it is lang. 🙌🤙
I didn't stop laughing all day haha!
This kind of mission is really fulfilling - having a purpose matters so much!
What an awesome, awesome vlog! The action getting there, the fun and laughter with the interaction... You can just feel jubilant for them! Thank you for sharing their lives, challenges, aspirations and progress!
Thank you so much for showcasing this village. Such resilient and welcoming people that most of us would have never known of without your visit. Much love kumander.

This content reminds me of my previous job at Red Cross ICDPP in Quezon Palawan, where I and my team are reaching out to peeps in remote areas. Thank you for sharing!
Extreme off-roading!! Surely they will have a merry Christmas with your group’s goodies!! Kudos!!
This is not only entertaining but another educational vlog. I truly admire you KD because of your vlogs there’s hope for those people. That’s why I wish you will reach 1 million subscribers abd more because you deserve it. I also wish that those people will get the help and support from the government real soon.
thank you for guiding and letting the people see what's really in this region. much appreciation on you KUMANDER and to those people who helped you to reach you that moment of your life.
Good documentation kumander D. Thanks for showing them that the government and other people who wants to help will be able to reach them through this video...
That's why we love your vlog because it has history, information, and objectives and tells about the lives of the people. Farm-to-market roads, even soil-stabilized roads enough that our wealthy people could extend help someday. Plants, fruit trees, and fertilizers are important. ... Why not, for a white kid or kids for them?
My deepest respect and admiration to all of guys ,doing so much risk to show to the world that yes we can do it .Proud Pilipino kami👍🤩🤩🤩💞💞💞🇯🇵🇵🇭
Another relevant work, so much insights to learn from..makabuhi og dugo isip usa ka Pilipino nga kanunay nangandoy og kalinaw og kalambuan labi na sa mga lugar nga sama niini..untana moabot pod sa ila ang build build build project no puhon 🤞🙏
Salamat Kumander and Team RFC 👍
Very very good Vlog Kumander! Entertaining and informative at the same time. It is so important to see these remote communities and what they have to go through to live their lives. And their sense of humor! Real life making the best out of a bad situation. This vlog should be as well received as the one you did about the mining community. Well done!
My dad used to be the chief of police in La-ak around mid 2000s. We are from Davao City, I never had the chance to visit the place. Thanks for sharing. =)
In their vocabulary...there's no such thing as hard life....just a simple life....👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks, Kumander for vlogging this community. kinahanglan giud ug maayong dalan para sa ila. They need a better roads.
very good perspective on not glamourizing their life there. people living precariously at the edge of the forest, practicing slash and burn/ kaingin. nothing to glamourize really. Mabuhay ka Kumander Daot!
Really interesting.. Good job on this one. Nice you had your buds with you up there. Hope they can get some funding for the roads. I guess a carabao would even be a challenge on those types of roads.
Thanks much for sharing such an adrenaline rush mate!!! EPIC!!!!
Love the substance behind your contents. Thank you sharing!
This is inspiring. Well done Kumander!
Kumander Daot. Thank you, I appreciate what you are doing.
I can feel the struggles of this community as i had live in an area like this..my late father was hunted by the NPAs as they accused him of being a spy..we are force to evacuate and live in the lower barangay..i am thankful of that circumstances because i was able to go to school and got my degree..i might be still farming right now if we did not move out from that place..what a nostalgic feeling watching your videos KD..thanks for the upload
Another great story! Thanks for sharing, KD!
daot you are amazing . this video just fantastic. the best documentary about real and authentic life in
Davao. I heard about NPA or rebelde during my childhood , when we were use to live in Butuan . I still remember blood and fresh brain splattered in the corner church . Our family force to go in Cebu because of that organization. I remember coming home from school we had a guess that belong on that organization. carry gun and sleep our home and eat our food. but they told us to go and get out secretly not to tell anyone. because if my family well tell about leaving the place. they will come back and kill us all. so on that night my mother and my sister left to cebu and left my brother and my step father and just left everything behind. less than a year after we left. the place where we used to live was took over by those people.. yes life on that place is not easy. you are scared all the time . woreid if we wake up alive next morning. . Thank you mr Daot for this amazing documentary about his people life. yes also what you are shewing , they said there candy and it make there teeth red. I hate that. it taste awful and is not good for you. its very potten and probably it cost damage to your liver and kidney. any thank you so much for this. continue filming and be safe. god bless.
Awesome video, many thanks for showing us 👍
