If you are civilian you cant get it. Calls from tetra to land line and GSM goes via TMO base station and acces to there civilian cant get. Actually outgoing call dont need sim card at all.
Ur welcome 😀 only way how that can be used by civilian its DMO (Direct mode) there radio units communicate directly between each other. Like PMR446 radios. But there in radio must be programmed these DMO channels. If yes, you can buy maybe two radios and use them. The coverage area is about 2-5 km.
Do you have the cable pinout schematics? I have the softwares for these and mobile stations, if i could know the pinout, i can make a "cable" with an arduino, RX TX GND

Yes that have, but not for GSM calls. That is for optional encryption method E2EE.

I received to do some reverse engineering and replicate from serial to usb, the owner gave me :)
