Beautiful tour! Thanks for another awesome video. I'm a Mercedes-Benz guy but I also apreciate BMW for their history and also for their good cars.
thanks!
Great video Thomas. I was here last year. Every 'petrol/gear head' should visit it at least once. Even non-BMW fans I am sure can't fail to be impressed. It's a truly amazing set of buildings and the way the exhibits are displayed is stunning. I did the factory tour and again you'll be impressed with the scale and attention to detail BMW puts into manufacturing (I am sure they are not alone in this for the non-BMW fans out there incidentally!). Be great to see a video of the factory.
+Andrew Moorhouse 🏁🏁
Until I can get myself to München this video will serve brilliantly as a teaser of the museum. Thank you once again for a great video, Autogefühl!
appreciated!
i learned to drive on a 1980 BMW 320i... such an amazing machine. Built so well, your ears popped when you shut the door. It spoiled me for RWD :)
What an awesome video of the BMW HQ. Thanks Thomas!! I love the M2, M1 and the Z8. nice
+kevin n 🚘🚘🚘🚘
Great video. Would love to see a full factory tour 😁
DAT M-Room in the museum ...
That E9 :)
What a beautiful bike, never drove a shaft driven motorcycle. Id really like to try it
stunning and very interesting presentation Thomas whether your a BMW fan or not.....streets ahead of your youtube rivals
thanks so much james !
Great video!
thx!
I really love that blue M5.
I really enjoyed this vid.. great performance as usual Thomas.. My fav 3.0 CSL
you re welcome =)
Amazing thank you very much great content
thanks, stick with us!
THANK YOU Thomas, THANK YOU
you're welcome :)
I always visit BMW Welt when I go in Munchen, it is a good place for BMW fans
The mid 80's 3-series still looks great today.
totally. I wished my grandparents kept theirs.
Interesting tour indeed. What is missing is the mention of the pre and aft "Neue Klasse". Not to mention the '02 and the CS line is a cardinal sin
You are superb Thomas, it was one the place that i want to see, i hope i can visit myself too.
great :)
Love your's worck! Thank you!
👍👍
Yes! FULL Fctory tour!
thank you
great video, vould be nice to see the Autostadt too
Love, love, love this guy!
Thanks Thomas, really enjoyable and informative. A visit to the Porsche museum would be great!
we ll try to do that :)
Great Tour of BMW Welt - Many Thanks, Thomas. Very good presentation, as always. BMW appreciates its stylish buildings, just like their cars. I think you asked lots of questions! 1. Matt or gloss paint? I don't think I would dare buy a matt painted car. 2. Which current M we prefer? I'd take the M6 Convertible I think. 3. White 1986 325i conv or you? Err... don't know! 4. Which was our favourite car you showed us in the museum? The Z8 was an instant winner, with its retro-507-style body, 5 litre V8, hand built aluminium space-frame and rarity. 5. Did we want you to do a 'full factory plant tour'? Yes please!
=) awesome. More on the 507 to come here as well
Gorgeous tour Thomas!, but I think you made the Rolls Royce's customers spring in their seats when you proposed them to forget about the leather upholstery and make a choice for "leatherette". That would be like mounting a diesel engine in a RR: out of the question!
P.S.: You look great Thomas, but if I were you, I wouldn't ask you partner to choose between you and one of those classics (just for the comfort of your relationship ) LOL
the most expensive 'leather' is artificial one for boats, so yes, thats possible :)
You should of went to the secret BMW area where you'll find the M8 M3 wagons , and possibly the new M8 or even the x5 e53 V12 street car
I now really want to visit......
Thats weird I visited there today and now you upload a tour video.
+ephphatha230 🤘
Ive been to Munich something like 7 years ago and it was a lot of fun. I took a great picture of the museum from the olympic tower building.
EDIT: I see youve got some footage from there yourself, what a view :D
Love BMW
Thank you Thomas, almost feel as if I have been there. A factory tour seems like a good idea, perhaps you could also drive one of the products around Munich - just to add the finishing touch! regards.
appreciated m8 !
I used to like the BMW M1, M3, and M6. I think the M1 was designed by Giugiaro and so it looks like an Italian sports car. BMW used to make jet engines also. The i8 hybrid sports car is nice also.
I just went to BMW Welt and the museum just in June and I loved it. Two of my favourite cars are 507 (which you didn't show) and the Z8 which was inspired by 507. My wife is now obsessed with Isetta though.
+lauri luide check this channel in one hour again and u ll be pleased to see a full 507 story :)
About the matte finish on the M6:
Not so beautiful but great for those who don't like cobweb or hairline scratches.
Great video from Autogefuhl as usual.
beautiful video, what camera and lens is this?
which BM i would prefer ALL the M Powered BMW
thanks, great vidéo
Thank you for the tour Thomas, looking forward for the next museum tour, maybe Porsche? Just suggesting.
2nd one to say that - might be on to something ;)
I would love to see full reviews of vintage BMWs such as the 2002tii, 535is, 323i, the 635csi, and several others. These were being built and sold when I was growing up.
enjoy: ruclips.net/video/I3OhqwH9AVA/видео.html
:)
Autogefühl thank you!
What a lucky guy you are, Thomas. Getting to tour such and impressive and beautiful complex, must be a real thrill. I'm struck by the perfect condition of all of the past models in the museum. They all look like brand new and could have been made this year.
I've always loved the M1 and for many years have heard rumors about a mid engine, BMW supercar returning to the market. Did you hear any rumors on that subject while you were there?
hey m8, no didnt hear anything about it. Indeed the shape the cars are in makes you feel you just wanna start driving them right now =)
Does the shaft drive at 12:54 rotate while riding or is it inside a pipe?
The Z8 has aged really well I think, inside and out. It's timeless. By the way Thomas, where did you get that great shirt:)?
thanks! oh i dont really remember :)
Thomas thank you very much for the excursion :) That M3 was beautiful :)
And i wanted to ask you something, not sure but i didnt find it in Autogefuhl. So maybe if you can and want to do it :) what about an review of Autogefuhl of the car that you own :) What do you like about it and so on :)
Thx very much in advance :)
I think you may find that Thomas gets round this question by claiming he does not own a car - as he says he has so many cars to review and drive all the time. Or he's busy flying around in an aeroplane to different venues! And he probably only has one slot in his 'basement garage' for the car that he is reviewing...!
The E3 is definitely the best BM ever!
Great presentation! Those early models don't look very safe for pedestrians...
You should go to Autostadt Wolfsburg too.
+Argantonis 🤘
Too bad BMW Sweden is not offering delivery of the car in Munich, but it looks like I should plan a road trip to Munich next summer :)
The matt blue or grey M6 is my dream car! Of course with alcantara interior ;)))
By the way the Z8 is a masterpiece!!!!
+Vitalii Gladun 👌
for me e30 m3 and that matt m6 convertible are the ones
wow , from the new era m5 of course, from the past i think m3e34 or first 5 series
Hello (Hallo) from Los Angeles. I've been thinking about traveling to Germany to visit the car museums. Which one should I hit first? Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, or VW? Can you rank them? I have a 2015 GLK350 but I don't think that'll mean anything at the works museum.
Danke and keep saying Full HD, Full Screen, and Full Length. Clever tagline.
Thanks! You can check out Wolfsburg Autostadt a little in our fan episode video!
ruclips.net/video/7IdXH9XNGb8/видео.html
They are all very interesting of course, however I think the BMW complex could be the first choice.
can someone please tell me the track at 1.30 please been looking all day
Favorite car 1998 m3👍
Mr. Majchrzak. Can you do a factory tour of Bmw M4/M3. It would be very appreciated. I have plans to own one bit I'd like to see how the M cars are made. Thanks and keep up the good work. I like your videos!!
thanks m8, we ll ask for it :)
do more tour
1971 3.0 csi beauty
Favourite new thing(s): i3 or M2 / favourite old thing: the shaft-driven bike.
Can you buy a classic bmw from the bmw museum. At least you can have the comfort that it is been well refurbished. Advise please
Hello Thomas and greetings from Bulgaria again. Allow me to explain the real colour meaning of the M stripes:
Red - Texaco Petroleum, they partnered with BMW during the early days of BMW racing like Shell and Ferrari do for example.
Light Blue - stand for BMW and Bavaria.
Dark Blue (Actually Purple) - the mix of the two - representing the partnership.
BMW might have changed the story now but that how it was originally.
thanks for the info! I also heard there are different stories on this, the story I explained was based on a worker of the M department. But seems they even have different versions :)
But yours is actually not that very different!
Are Minis and Rolls Royces developed and designed in Germany or in England?
Fun begins at 15:00
coverage of all the M Car M5, M6
Favourite M cars? Bmw Z4M Coupe & Bmw E28 M5.
The 1M, oh but you didn't show that.
M5!!! :)!!
Thomas can u visit the Mercedes-Benz museum and make the video and post on to your you tube channel . thank you.
sure we ll try that
Thomas, I must commend you for doing a great job with all this in depth reviews, substantially. I discover Autogefühl just recently and trying to catch up with every video.
I have a question for you, wasn't sure is it better to ask you here or on twitter.. Is it possible to buy or order BMW in bmw welt?
Because I think that would be unreal and unbelievable experience. I am asking that because I live near Munich and I do not like my local dealer at all. Vielen Dank!
hey m8, thanks so much! You can get unbiased consultation at BMW Welt and then receive a code which you can show your dealer. Thats happening quite a lot
+Autogefühl you mean like some kind of reference for what konfiguration I made at bmw welt.. And than dealer makes arrangements and ordering? By code you mean that or? 😊
Sorry for disturbing, but your advice would be a golden for me, so I must ask..
BMW X1 x20d xline vs. Seat Ateca Xcellence 2.0tdi 4drive, value for money? Is bmw badge in solid equipment worth extra 10k versus Ateca best possible package.
Matte paint is said to be very difficult to maintain. I don't personally find it that attractive.
The Z8 was paying tribute to the 507, so yeah it’s meant to look vintage and retro.
...solid US tax tip at 11:25 #thankyouuuuu
Why didn't you show the BMW e28 m5 it was the first m5 ever
why didn't you show the most special MINI? the JCW GP 2?
couldnt show all :)
Autogefühl great job! thank you.
Z8 baby and 3.0 CSI.
Thomas he has a question for you.. did BMW E30 M3 ever came officially from the factory as a right hand drive model??
No idea sorry
:0(
the red m3 was the best
Für mich, Thomas, immer M2! 😀
Welches ist dein Lieblings M-Auto? 🤔
+Alex Martin der erste m3 ist schon geil :)
+Autogefühl ja, er sieht gut aus. Timeless Classic! 😀
With the exception of the I8 all BMW cars are lacking in rear light design. They all look like someone from school drew the rear lights. From the front the M2 is stunning.
323 from 1986 looks of course way better.
What is with blue Z3M roadster??
u mean that?
jamesbond.wikia.com/wiki/BMW_Z3
Autogefühl No!
This is ordinary Z3.
Z3M is total different story.
You don't know what is Z3M?
there was one with 321 hp
Autogefühl Yes,this car!Paint Estoril blue!
Car is in ///M room...You were there...
From 1 Thomas 2 another, how could you skip past the E24 ? 🙈
No way on earth you can cover all vehicles in that museum
1989 8
М3 Е46
You would think as a German he would have described the cars a bit better
I miss the Erlkönig videos where we can talk about future cars.
+Elmediterraneo Manifico hardly anyone watched those :/
The Rolls Royce again lacking in rear light design. I'm sorry to say it looks like the rover 75.
M2
Oh by the way the M1 was not built or nothing to do with Lamborghini because BMW thought it was expensive so they canceled and started from scratch its 100% BMW insurance de and out
m5 ore m3..
so he's 30?
seems like it ;)
Sixth! :)
:>
Very disappointed by the 7 series. It looks strange and is definitely not very attractive. Perhaps the next generation will be more daring and progressive. Mercedes did it better with the S class. What do you think Thomas?
+Eric Burbach seen our 7 series review?
no, I need to see it
just always use the youtube search with "autogefuehl CARBRAND MODELNAME" and you ll find almost every car model !
