What wattage do the resistors need to be? I thought they were just rated by resistance. But I didn’t know what wattage to purchased when I was asked at my electronic store

1/4 watt will be enough. These are just for measurement, not for power. And these kinds of servos are very low power anyway, so 1/4 watt is enough.
