Having been going to Cuba, mainly Havana, since 2000 and over 50 trips, I think I have some insight into this situation. I have watched foreigner after foreigner get raked over the coals emotionally and financially by Cubans and the most common thing I hear is "I know this happens but MY GIRL is different". HaHaHa!!! Latching onto a foreigner is known down there as "Winning The Cuban Lottery". The one thing I have learned about Cuban women is that... half of what a Cuban woman tells you is a lie.....and the other half ain't so true either!!!!! Now....not all Cubans are like this. I have one Cuban guy who has been like a brother to me for 20+ years now and is an amazing man. I have become friends with all of his friends in Cuba also because birds of a feather flock together. None of them want money from me and never ask for it. I buy food at the markets, the wives prepare dinner, and we all sit back and enjoy each others company. I have taken the time to learn the language. When I meet new people, I don't let on I understand them for the first while, listening to what they are saying behind my back. Only after do I let them in on what I am doing. This has lead to some amazing relationships and friends...and saved me a lot of money and disappointment. Havana is VERY different from Varadero. Go if you can. You will not be disappointed if you are looking for more than the "Disney Experience" Keep an open mind but protect your wallet, and your heart. It is easy to lose both. LOL.

I've seen a lot of poverty in person all over the world and I always have them food. It saddens me so much to see so many people suffer. May God provide for them! Great video! I was in Cuba in 2015 and had a great time. If you are going overseas to find someone special and you are going to a poverty stricken country, you need to use 10 times more caution and have 10 times more patience then going to somewhere that is more a developed country. As the gentleman pointed out in this video, places like Colombia, Sosua, and others will lead to a higher chance of those women hunting you for financial gain versus true long term happiness (generally speaking). If you were able to handle the dating/relationship scene in America, then you should be able to handle it overseas. Don't be desperate, don't be quick to pay for everything, and observe her action to see what she can bring to the table. Last, listen to guys like the one doing this video who has experience. They are giving you great advice.

I’ve seen this situation more times than I care to in New England. A pretty girl from South or Central America visits on a work visa, marries a local white man and they stay married for 3-5 years then the girl divorces him. She gets her citizenship, some financial assets and the guy is left heartbroken and with less money.
3-5 years? An American getting married to a foreign woman, the marriage only has to last two years, then she can apply to become a US citizen. ( I'm 6 foot 3 and she's 6 foot) I was her manager at the time but I was leaving the job soon so I figured to take a shot and she said yes. It was fireworks and die hard loyalty from the start. Dated for two years as a serious couple then got married. I've dated quite a few women from different places and states and different countries but I have never seen such loyalty dedication and love. Best relationship I ever had in Cuba was with a very hustling woman and her 57' Chevy. She drove me and my then GF around almost exclusively, the scenic trips, and of course a drop-off and pick-up at the Tropicana. On my second trip (alone) I brought her a carbureator for her ride. Guys. DO NOT marry a Cuban. They love you like no other will and are very passionate, caring and loving. However, once you bring them back to your country, they’ll stay for a short period of time and then leave to America. It happened to a friend of mine who married a Cuban, spent thousands and months to bring her over and she stayed for a little bit and took off with an ex she knew from back in Cuba. If you’re going to “marry” a Cuban, leave her there and have a child with her. Buy a house (cheap) and put it in the child’s name.
This was really good.. only major thing I feel that was left out is the need to speak Spanish when dating. If you don't speak it .. it is 90 percent more likely that the woman will just be using you. Secondly you know a woman truly likes you when she introduces you to either her mother father or grandparents. Also u can get a woman out the club depending which club you go to but . If they lead with asking for money understand it's not much going to change if you continue to date . Also most women will travel in groups .. if u notice the whole group is looking at you when u look at the woman u want .. this means they approve of youb.your.. last a woman who has a kid in Cuba will be a tougher keep. Simply because it will be difficult to tell if she is still with her baby father for economical reasons but the family will give you clues too this

And if that guy can't speak Spanish that family never truly accepts them. A lot of Cuban people do not have a connection with anyone in the United States and they want This but that is totally different from having someone to be with for a lifetime. i was reading a lot of reviews on the hotel called hotel grand aston la habana. im assuming americans can stay there? or are all hotels off limits to US citizens?
Technically yes as per the embargo Americans cannot stay in hotels but the Cuban Gov’t would like the business so they might be willing to help you…. Call them and ask…. It might be as simple as you being routed through a United Arab Emirates payment page. Do not tell the American Govt or your airline that you are staying at a hotel in Cuba.

I'm middle aged. If I go to Cuba seeking a young woman, there's a higher probability of relationship failure. If I seek a middle aged woman, the probability of success rises substantially. Since the producer of this RUclips content is a young man, this option is not a viable solution. When I was young, I would never date anyone over 35. I viewed them as OLD. Now I am in that age demographic. Therefore, my advice to young men is to refrain from looking for love in 3rd world countries. Young women are seeking opportunities and advantages, not love. I disagree with you, I went to Cuba met three very beautiful and educated women and had a great time with all three of them, without having sex with any of them. They never talked to me about marriage, but I threw around the topic very loosely to see what they would say about marriage. These 3 ladies were terrified of the thought of getting married and leaving Cuba! I even asked all three of them to introduce me to their father so that I could meet him and ask him if I could marry his daughter! These ladies are between the age of 20 and 24 and they all told me that they were not interested in getting married. I still talk to these 3 Cuban women and I have text message to prove that lots of Cuban women are not interested in getting married.
The process of a foreigner buying property in Cuba might not be straight forward….. I wouldn’t do it as per the economic situation and absolute economic policy changes. Although, I would LOVE to as the place has my heart….. Maybe DR or Cancun/Playa Del Carmen is a better play right now.
@@maxra1 my friend… the inflation rate is so alarming that cuba might completely do away with paper currency… on my first trip to Cuba about a year and a half ago, I was getting 130 - 150 per USD at best… Now it’s a solid 300…. It’s great for us, but horrible for Cubanos getting paid in CUP. If I were Cuba, I would switch over to Canadian dollars or the Panamanian Balboa immediately… Cuba needs some stability…. The currency situation has increased outward migration…. It’s terrible.
No - The prices of most things have gone up with inflation.... Only food has gone down in price... Transportation generally where they rob the hell out of tourists... Use the bus and shared taxi system as much as possible... If you would like to go to Varadero or Vinales.. I would encourage you to use VIAAZUL.... Please book in advance and arrive at the bus station early.... There is a "check in" process.

Hard to compare… In Cuba, I saw a lot of dating - relationships. In Colombia, I saw a lot of people buying experiences… I went to the clubs, drank and danced the night away but I refuse to buy as a personal policy. One woman jumped into my taxi and begged to come back to my spot. I said hell no.. They’re professional women in Colombia…. My girl right now, which was in this video is Colombian and it’s been amazing on all fronts. She’s stateside though so the situation is a little different. Hi Kevin, there seems to only be one direct flight from TPA via Southwest. So you would go ahead and buy the flight. Reserve an Airbnb with WiFi. Buy your visa at the departure gate. Your reason for travel is “Support for the Cuban people” when asked. Once you arrive in Havana, turn right once you exit the terminal to get a taxi. It’s 25 USD to get to town. Change your money with your AirBnb host…. Ask them in advance to change money. The exchange rate is 150-180 informally and like 100-110 at the banks and cadecas. Don’t go to the Cash change booths. I went to Cuba when it wasn’t a thing to do back in 2013, one of the most welcoming places ive ever been. The people were nice, food was fresh. The part you said about jealous cuban women made me laugh. I met a girl at the beach and we made plans to go out that night. While at the beach tho i met a girl from sweden, just chat with her got her number and that was it. As i went out with the cuban girl to a club the same swedish girl showed up and started talking with me. The cuban girl flipped out when she saw us and stormed off like we were engaged to be wed 😂😂😂. I loved it. Going back at the end of this month after 10 years.

I came from Germany to Cuba the first time in 1999 and married 3 times there: 2003 in Santiago, 2006 in Havana and 2012 in Pinar. ( I flied sixty times to this country)
I invited all three to Germany before the wedding. The first cheated me with a child from a cuban, the second left me after one week being in Germany when we visited her brother in Barcelona, the third was serious and we were together 14 years. Her boss started a relation with her and we separated with peace in friendship. All three had nice brown colour.

Having been going to Cuba, mainly Havana, since 2000 and over 50 trips, I think I have some insight into this situation. I have watched foreigner after foreigner get raked over the coals emotionally and financially by Cubans and the most common thing I hear is "I know this happens but MY GIRL is different". HaHaHa!!! Latching onto a foreigner is known down there as "Winning The Cuban Lottery". The one thing I have learned about Cuban women is that... half of what a Cuban woman tells you is a lie.....and the other half ain't so true either!!!!!
Now....not all Cubans are like this. I have one Cuban guy who has been like a brother to me for 20+ years now and is an amazing man. I have become friends with all of his friends in Cuba also because birds of a feather flock together. None of them want money from me and never ask for it. I buy food at the markets, the wives prepare dinner, and we all sit back and enjoy each others company. I have taken the time to learn the language. When I meet new people, I don't let on I understand them for the first while, listening to what they are saying behind my back. Only after do I let them in on what I am doing. This has lead to some amazing relationships and friends...and saved me a lot of money and disappointment. Havana is VERY different from Varadero. Go if you can. You will not be disappointed if you are looking for more than the "Disney Experience" Keep an open mind but protect your wallet, and your heart. It is easy to lose both. LOL.

I am with my Cubanita, my Cuban friend, his wife and inlaws at a restaurant. The waitress brings the food. My host says let"s get a picture, Sure, so I put one arm around my chica and the other around the waitress, WELL! My chica looks at me and says, What are you doing? Do you like her better than me! Great video! I was in Cuba in 2015 and had a great time. If you are going overseas to find someone special and you are going to a poverty stricken country, you need to use 10 times more caution and have 10 times more patience then going to somewhere that is more a developed country. As the gentleman pointed out in this video, places like Colombia, Sosua, and others will lead to a higher chance of those women hunting you for financial gain versus true long term happiness (generally speaking). If you were able to handle the dating/relationship scene in America, then you should be able to handle it overseas. Don't be desperate, don't be quick to pay for everything, and observe her action to see what she can bring to the table. Last, listen to guys like the one doing this video who has experience. They are giving you great advice.

A pretty girl from South or Central America visits on a work visa, marries a local white man and they stay married for 3-5 years then the girl divorces him. She gets her citizenship, some financial assets and the guy is left heartbroken and with less money.

Our individual heights were the first attraction. ( I'm 6 foot 3 and she's 6 foot)
I was her manager at the time but I was leaving the job soon so I figured to take a shot and she said yes.
It was fireworks and die hard loyalty from the start. Dated for two years as a serious couple then got married.
I've dated quite a few women from different places and states and different countries but I have never seen such loyalty dedication and love.

Best relationship I ever had in Cuba was with a very hustling woman and her 57' Chevy. She drove me and my then GF around almost exclusively, the scenic trips, and of course a drop-off and pick-up at the Tropicana. On my second trip (alone) I brought her a carbureator for her ride. She cried. Nothing ever happened but this was 14 years ago. Always wondered what happened to her.

Guys. DO NOT marry a Cuban. They love you like no other will and are very passionate, caring and loving. However, once you bring them back to your country, they’ll stay for a short period of time and then leave to America. It happened to a friend of mine who married a Cuban, spent thousands and months to bring her over and she stayed for a little bit and took off with an ex she knew from back in Cuba. If you’re going to “marry” a Cuban, leave her there and have a child with her. Buy a house (cheap) and put it in the child’s name.

This was really good.. only major thing I feel that was left out is the need to speak Spanish when dating. If you don't speak it .. it is 90 percent more likely that the woman will just be using you. Secondly you know a woman truly likes you when she introduces you to either her mother father or grandparents. Also u can get a woman out the club depending which club you go to but . If they lead with asking for money understand it's not much going to change if you continue to date . Also most women will travel in groups .. if u notice the whole group is looking at you when u look at the woman u want .. this means they approve of youb.your.. last a woman who has a kid in Cuba will be a tougher keep. Simply because it will be difficult to tell if she is still with her baby father for economical reasons but the family will give you clues too this

And if that guy can't speak Spanish that family never truly accepts them. Just my peffective they always see him as you said an opportunity that is only good until they reach the point They want to reach. A lot of Cuban people do not have a connection with anyone in the United States and they want This but that is totally different from having someone to be with for a lifetime. The most important thing I think I'm going to mention on my channel about dating and a lot of people don't really say is that it is illegal for a Cuban resident To spend time with a local in their airbnb B or hotel room. It is not enforced much in Havana what in varadero it's enforced heavily. And if a woman gets caught she can do 4 to 5 years in prison So that risk deter's women from connecting with guys without asking for money

Technically yes as per the embargo Americans cannot stay in hotels but the Cuban Gov’t would like the business so they might be willing to help you…. Call them and ask….
It might be as simple as you being routed through a United Arab Emirates payment page.
Do not tell the American Govt or your airline that you are staying at a hotel in Cuba.

I'm middle aged. If I go to Cuba seeking a young woman, there's a higher probability of relationship failure. If I seek a middle aged woman, the probability of success rises substantially.

I disagree with you, I went to Cuba met three very beautiful and educated women and had a great time with all three of them, without having sex with any of them. They never talked to me about marriage, but I threw around the topic very loosely to see what they would say about marriage. These 3 ladies were terrified of the thought of getting married and leaving Cuba! I even asked all three of them to introduce me to their father so that I could meet him and ask him if I could marry his daughter! These ladies are between the age of 20 and 24 and they all told me that they were not interested in getting married. I still talk to these 3 Cuban women and I have text message to prove that lots of Cuban women are not interested in getting married.

@@maxra1 my friend… the inflation rate is so alarming that cuba might completely do away with paper currency… on my first trip to Cuba about a year and a half ago, I was getting 130 - 150 per USD at best… Now it’s a solid 300…. It’s great for us, but horrible for Cubanos getting paid in CUP. If I were Cuba, I would switch over to Canadian dollars or the Panamanian Balboa immediately… Cuba needs some stability…. The currency situation has increased outward migration…. It’s terrible.

No - The prices of most things have gone up with inflation.... Only food has gone down in price... Transportation generally where they rob the hell out of tourists... Use the bus and shared taxi system as much as possible... If you would like to go to Varadero or Vinales.. I would encourage you to use VIAAZUL.... Please book in advance and arrive at the bus station early.... There is a "check in" process.

Hard to compare… In Cuba, I saw a lot of dating - relationships. In Colombia, I saw a lot of people buying experiences… I went to the clubs, drank and danced the night away but I refuse to buy as a personal policy.

They’re professional women in Colombia…. My girl right now, which was in this video is Colombian and it’s been amazing on all fronts. She’s stateside though so the situation is a little different. The Cuban situations get annoying with them asking for everything under the sun after you leave.

How do I go to Cuba from Tampa?
Hi Kevin, there seems to only be one direct flight from TPA via Southwest. So you would go ahead and buy the flight. Reserve an Airbnb with WiFi. Buy your visa at the departure gate. Your reason for travel is “Support for the Cuban people” when asked.
Once you arrive in Havana, turn right once you exit the terminal to get a taxi. It’s 25 USD to get to town. Change your money with your AirBnb host…. Ask them in advance to change money. The exchange rate is 150-180 informally and like 100-110 at the banks and cadecas. Don’t go to the Cash change booths. They’re a rip off.

I went to Cuba when it wasn’t a thing to do back in 2013, one of the most welcoming places ive ever been. The people were nice, food was fresh. The part you said about jealous cuban women made me laugh. I met a girl at the beach and we made plans to go out that night. While at the beach tho i met a girl from sweden, just chat with her got her number and that was it. As i went out with the cuban girl to a club the same swedish girl showed up and started talking with me. The cuban girl flipped out when she saw us and stormed off like we were engaged to be wed 😂😂😂. I loved it. Going back at the end of this month after 10 years.
Cuba is a relationship war zone lol. I committed similiar transgressions on my first trip haha. The people are wonderful but are getting desperate - please be safe out there.

I invited all three to Germany before the wedding. The first cheated me with a child from a cuban, the second left me after one week being in Germany when we visited her brother in Barcelona, the third was serious and we were together 14 years. Her boss started a relation with her and we separated with peace in friendship. All three had nice brown colour.

This is very true, I have family living in Cuba and the crime is now out of control.
