I practice at home so I'm careful about how much power I put into it.. My computer is in the same room, and tv, and xbox and everything else.. I can't practice outside so much. It scares my neighbors. I'm afraid to put this much power into my routines. I might end up replacing a tv... Or worse.. My cpu that cost a few grand lol.. Golfers yell, "FORE!!" I dont think this, you can be good fighter on another kempo/gong fu but be good on kobudo and can be good karateka and be good on taiji sworld fencing or kali eskrima. Is just my humble opinion as a mixed artist. Be good on kobudo mean more than 7 years on kobudo, just this.

The trick is on the hip swag it helps you gain momentum and "springy" speed.
