  • My olives on my farm in Portugal are ready to be picked and collected. I will show you the entire process of harvesting the olives including the production of my own first batch of olive oil!
Take a tour and peek behind the scenes of an modern olive oil press in Portugal.
Thank you again to the „Lagar de Azeite do Cadoiço“ for giving me the opportunity to show the whole olive oil production process.
This week will forever be special to me 🫒💚
    Enjoy 🙋🏼‍♀️

Hi Iris, that was a nice tour in the factory, it's interesting to see and hear how that all goes about. And a very impressive harvest I must say, I can tell you're proud of that. Lovely with the labels. Have a great week!!! Cheers Bert 🙏🏻❤

Thanks for the wonderful excursion at the Lagar de Azeite. The lady who gave you and us viewers the tour was very good at explaining it in English. I have seen other videos about olive pressing facilities, but I had never seen the entire process from the beginning to the very end, and how every usable bit is extracted as much as possible. And even how the water is reused to fertilize their own land and trees. It is hard, if not impossible at all, to beat such an efficient process with a DIY setup. And 50 liters of oil is really good. Congrats with such a productive harvest. Thanks for sharing, I enjoyed watching it. Big 👍

WOW Congrats !! 46 liters that's a LOT. WIll you do some olives also baked in the oven? If so, I would like to see how, how long and at which temp. Next year maybe more than 50 lt?? The tour was also great, so much to learn from it. Thanks 🙂
