Boss-Tier enemies tend to only be affected by suspend for a second or two before auto-breaking and taking damage (basically just like a Shatter). I tend to keep a primary with Slice on my Titan to apply a dark debuff, though you could also use the fragment that severs targets for landing crits. The rotation would just be slightly different if you did

@@Beeequick According to the dps values available right now, Cloudstrike outperforms Still hunt both in dps and total damage, if Still hunt is not used with Celestial. I mainly commented in case there was some neat interaction you had found with Celestial and prismatic titan.
Out of curiosity, does swapping a star eater class item to another star eater class item keep the feast of light stacks? If it does, you may be able to have 1 class item for pre damage with a more general play 1st perk with feast of light, then swap to the damage one keeping the stacks and allowing you to do the full build like normal but some better general play in between DPS
I swear, bungie is gonna either make meaningless changes to titans or either buff them so much we’ll be cooking hard for the rest of the season. The twilight arsenal damage buff is a good sign in my opinion as this dps strat is going to be even better

At that point why not just use Cloudstrike and swap the armour surges to arc?

Yes, it does, I was able to switch from HOIL/Star-Eaters to Eternal Warrior/Star-Eaters and retain the orb stacks.
