Do you recommend driving traffic to opt in to a form to: book a meeting OR to book a demo of the software OR a trial? In your example it seems a trial.

What metrics for cold email? Since it will not have big volume numbers like traffic

Open rates and engagement rates. Open rates will tell you if you have a good hook, engagement rate will tell you if you have a relevant offer

Think of an outbound email as Traffic. So same goes from there, % that coverts to Opportunity, and % that converts to Revenue. That's it.

So, for every 100 leads, you end up with 0.4 paying customers on average?
    100 * 0.20 * 0.10 * 0.20 = 0.4 ?
