As a person who was in a jury before, sure, you can strike part of the testimony. But if the testimony leaves a lasting impression, you’re not striking that from our memory. And the part where he said “she ain’t Jason Momoa” was very powerful.

Exactly. Strike it all you want. Once words leave your mouth, it’s out there and memorized. Period. It’s actually WORSE to strike it, in my opinion, because that calls even MORE attention and memory to it

But as a jury, if something during the trial leaves you a deeper impression, that will ultimately impact your decision making. So it’s kind of like taking an open note test, you’re allowed to check on the notes that are being submitted. But if you memorize the information during the note taking. What’s stopping you from using that from your memory?

Yeah, bottom line is that AH doesn't have the talent, draw, or fame to be the lead in a movie. The biggest role she got was a supporting character in Aquaman, and most ppl didn't like her in it or don't even remember her in it. To compare her "potential future roles" to Jason Mamoa, Gal Gadot, and Chris Pine's established careers is absurd and delusional. But what else can we expect from AH's team.

To be honest, had no idea it was even her until this case. Didn't stand out or anything to me. Sure she was attractive but that's because most women in Hollywood either look or are made to look good, not her acting or anything. Could have been any woman in Hollywood and I'd have not known the difference.
That's not an insult to other actors in the least, all I'm saying is you could have said it was someone else and I'd just nod and agree because I don't remember the character much other than her being some sort of princess and even that might be wrong. That's like it. Everything else I remember are the turn your brain off, watch the spectacles and fights. You know the actual reason why they're so popular.
The other "expert" is making Turd out to be the best actor in Hollywood right now but other than Aquaman, I can't name a single thing I've seen or even known about that she was in. With her co-star Jason freaking Mamoa, he's been consistently in big and small movies and I've at least heard of 90% of what he's been in thanks to him being in it. Turd is in no way on that level and I think that's why she's so bitter. Depp has been in some of the most critically acclaimed movies. I don't know anyone who hasn't watched at least 1 movie/show he's been in, yet I don't even think anyone I know has watched something other than Aquaman and/or Justice League that Turd has been apart of and I think that is part of why she's so vile and bitter towards him. She's just straight-up jealous that everyone loved him and tried to take that away so she didn't feel so bad about her own mid at best career.

Something I HOPE the jury realizes, is that real narcissists _don't keep friends for 3+ decades._ Depp has friends coming out the wood works from his 20s. And even earlier, I believe?
Meanwhile, Turds team can't seem to find even a single current friend to come forward on Scambers behalf. _That_ speaks all the volumes I need to hear.

Correct. The first person to get out of your life as a narc is easy to tweak and lie about. Blame that person for shit, talk trash, twist the truth. But the more your friend group shrinks because of conflict with the narc, the more people catch on and spot the patterns. Soon they realise that this individual asks for everything from his/her friends but never gives back, and will discard anyone that disagrees, challenges or assert themselves against that individual. Soon they must move to a new friend group thats unaware of their toxic behavior and patterns.
Sadly the older people get, the more oikely it is theyve already dealt with someone like that, and will recognize the signs, stay away.

So many competent witnesses on Depp's side that it's hard to choose a favorite but oh my God. "Not worth the paper they're not written on," is now one of my top 3 lines said in this trial. It's so obvious that none of Turd's witnesses have any idea what they're talking about and this guy isn't afraid to blatantly say so. It's amazing. This is going to be turned into a film at some point and I can't imagine anyone managing to actually capture the insanity of this trial accurately or better than the reality of it. 15:41 Exactly. Whenever an actor gets paid a million dollars per episode it is a pretty big deal.
I remember whenever some of the stars of The Big Bang Theory started to get paid a million per episode and it was all over the news. Some of the stars were paid a million per episode BEFORE the final season (Jim Parsons had been paid that much since season 8), but the 5 main stars all got paid a million per episode for the final season which was season 12. Around the middle of the series the main stars decided to take a pay cut just so the actresses for Bernadette and Amy got a pay increase.
So it’s not common at all to make a million per episode unless the show has been well established, broke records for views or etc and was incredibly successful (like Big Bang Theory was).
The same thing with Friends. By the final two seasons, the main cast was all paid a million per episode because they had earned it due to how successful the series was, and still is with fans rewatching it on cable or the streaming service it is currently on (which is HBO Max, it was previously on Netflix and it was a big deal whenever it was removed and platforms were fighting to get it on their service).
So for the idea that Amber would/should make a million per episode for her role on The Stand? Come on now. That show had MUCH bigger stars than Amber and simply much more talented. It would be absurd for Amber to get paid that much for her role on the mini series, especially when it didn’t get that great of reviews.

The only entity she represents is her own psychopathology. What an ugly, nasty “person” and AH has revealed herself to all.

This man came out swinging so hard I had to take a moment to realize this dude was given the mic without interruption to lambast Heards agent and omg did he ever destroy her. This dude is THEE attorney to make contract deals on massive huge blockbuster movies. This man knew what he was talking about and I think heards gonna need a new agent after this trial. Ooooof.

I never saw Aquaman but I saw plenty of trailers for it. I’ve always known that Jason was in the movie, I literally didn’t know that Amber was in the movie until I heard about this trial lmao

A little window on how insignificant she is to the franchise, and how her acting career is significantly less than the actors she thinks she comparable too.
I can't believe what I'm seeing, as he's talking you can actually see an emotional response from AH. On the stand she couldn't fake the right emotions, and here she is getting an ego check and suddenly she actually looks to be emotional???
Why would a producer pay twice as much again for someone who was failing to hold an audience with the last one? It makes sense to recast the lesser roles and focus on the main players...

No one wants to work with or hire a liar.
      she's a liability.
