I would love to see every tiny home is a different career. Like make a home just for a writer, streamer, vet, actress, and etc. Make a wheel and whatever career it lands on you make a house that is dedicated to that sims career.

You should do a challenge called Every Room is a different Build Challenge. You could have a wheel filled with different build challenges you’ve done like
-every room is a different budget
-black and white screen challenge
-coloring book challenge
-building left to right challenge
-inverted screen colors challenge
-each room is a different amount of time to build
-each room is a different amount of objects
-least favorite items in favorite swatch
-have to use all the items in one random kit
-favorite items least favorite swatch
And each one you land on you have to do that challenge for one single room until you make a whole house!

That was fun! James is the originator of the Every Lot Challenge Challenge. His version actually has rules that allow you to slowly remove the lot challenges. Likewise his included lot traits: haunted house, cat hangout, dog hangout and had rules for removing those. Upon removing all the lot challenges and negative lot traits, the final thing everyone agreed he had to do to end it was have a successful wedding via the My Weddings Story way. That’s not technically part of the challenge, it was just because he wanted an interesting way to end the series. Other than his original version, most every other RUclips Sims player has only done one video and not put in any of the work to remove lot challenges and they don’t also add the lot traits. As someone who completely watched James’ version with all its chaos, the one thing I most remember from it was not watching it with headphones on because for a good portion of videos it was very loud with all the stray dogs, cats, ghosts, haunted things, and things breaking happening. I do remember lots of fires until he earned the ability to remove the lot challenge that creates that issue. Oh, he also used a wheel that determined which challenge or trait got removed when he earned the ability. Thus he didn’t know which challenge/trait would get removed each time he earned it, and it was interesting to see which ones he hoped to get removed. I’ve played the challenge using his rules and it really is a fun, funny, and difficult challenge....and I don’t even own all the packs! It definitely leads to strategizing using items and gameplay that I certainly don’t normally use when playing. I will say I think your sims’ house is the nicest I’ve seen in terms of setup so that your sim can stay warm and deal with the off-the-grid challenge. While James included a thing with the Strangerville mystery as a way to earn something for the challenge since he was doing it in Strangerville, maybe you could come up with some aspect of the challenge that earns a similar reward that’s related to Forgotten Hollow since that’s where you started. Others have done videos in other neighborhoods, but as they weren’t following James’ rules and it was just one video they didn’t bother to come up with the neighborhood specific aspect for a reward. Also as much as you might not have wanted your sim to have a romantic partner (or children), in James’ videos of him doing his challenge it turned out that a spouse and children do help ease the challenge since they help earn the reward of removing challenges/traits as well via the same method. Though James also hadn’t planned on marrying and having children in his challenge series, he did end up doing so. Also, I like that your sim has family that can visit. I wish I had thought of that when doing it because social needs can be tough at the start. You were able to keep your sim in a pretty good mood and I think it’s because she had family she could call up and have come hangout. I think I’ll try that if I do the challenge again.
Great video! I really enjoyed seeing how you handled this challenge. With the way you were going I think if you followed James’ rules you might be able to complete it faster than he did! Why? Because your sim stayed in a relatively good mood and you didn’t struggle with socializing or getting your sim to go to work or eating. I think the biggest issue was fire and even though you’re now playing it when fears have been added to the game, the fact that she’s afraid of fire so won’t light the fireplace seems to actually be helpful at this stage of the challenge (though her sisters and Rahul aren’t afraid apparently so still have to worry about fires from them). When I saw your video pop up my first concern was that now that fears are a part of the game that you were about to make the challenge worse for yourself, but you navigated it really well! I’m sitting here watching you handle every lot challenge plus fears and I’m over here without any lot challenges and struggling with the fears! LOL But then you are the professional Sims player and I only casually play from time to time. I mean, other than for entertainment the other reason I watch your videos and other Sim RUclipsrs is to get inspiration and learn more about various aspects of the game. Love your videos! Thanks for making and sharing them!!!!
Tip if you just started a new household or a new Sim make them make a garden salad first and then it’ll lower your chances of getting a fire because you have acquired the cooking skill

If you have that problem with a cancelled interaction go into the cheat bar and type ResetSim (Sim Name) so Reset Sim and then your sims full name

I have a challange idea! What if you randomise a sim and then base a room in your house off of your character's outfit, for example: everyday outfit = living room, sleepwear = bedroom etc. Im sorry if I explained this bad

The fridge you chose doesn't allow you to "add ice." It should, as it is supposed to function off the grid, but without the "add ice" option, it won't keep your food for longer. It's a Sims 4 bug. FYI, I wrote this right after seeing that you used the Country Charm Fridge... maybe you discovered this fact later in the video.

If u wanna get rid of the "stuck interaction" glitch without having to go through the load screen, u can always shift+click ur sim and reset them. That gets rid of it:)

Whenever I get that glitch where there’s a task you’re not doing, resetting the sim usually works for me.

To save having to exit out of your game ... Ctril Shift C - and you can just type - resetSim Firstname Lastname - and that does the trick :)

Im not sure if you know this, but if you ever get an interaction stuck in your sims queue, you can always shift click on them and reset them. That should fix the queue.

the game: set 3 people on fire, weird fire spots on the ground, and an earthquake prior...LOL so there were attempts to get you the ghosts before the one that did show up it was just foiled

I know this may be late but if your sim has this task that stays there a another easy way to rid of it is resetting your sim it’s easier than having to go to manage worlds.

when you have that talking or interaction glitch simply shift click and reset her, sometimes you have to reset the other person or the object she is stuck on

I thought 3200 for groceries was a lot.. I often play with that challenge and buy and have delivered my food.. usually groceries do not keep for long, so for me, I found buying groceries about once a week was good.. so I do a buy to start, keep a garden where I can get a lot of the food myself on my own lot and then just supplement it with what I need from the grocery store.. and with chickens and cows.. when you have aging on, you sell the elder cows and chickens for MEAT and or TREATS or PRODUCE and it will get delivered to you.. and you can also have a fish pond on lot as well and fish to get fish to cook as well.. it all helps and keeps your grocery bills low.. and mostly I use all that when I do a play with Cottage Living.. living off the land.. no job, am home all the time.. the cleaning of the cow and chicken sheds fills up the dumpster in which you can dumpster dive and get things as well.. and sell many of what comes in it off.. often you will also get things like fertilizer and you can use that for CROPS as well.. so gardening from planters is one thing, but then there is the large plants which you can keep a few of but, its nice to grow one or two types of plants at a time.. so you can sell them and make money as well.. so basically its off grid living.. and I will usually hit the lot challenges Wild Foxes, Simple Living, Off-the-grid, and you can toss in Reduce and Recycle as well..
But if I was to do an all out full lot challenge game, I think for realism, I would go to where there is a volcano.. that is Island #3 in Sulani.. Caldara Camp.. which is the lot closest to the volcano and then you can also expect from an active volcano to also have some earth tremors as well.. so volcanoes and earthquakes should be the norm for that property. and its in the wild and you can easily see it being off grid.. its the one property in all the sims where one could easily expect all the lot challenges to be the most real.. and Sulani has its own ghosts of its own as well..
